Read the book to know about -
-Two people donate Rs 1000 for charity. One with compassion, another for recognition. Does karma recognise both as equal?
-Why are your relationships failing? Is Karma responsible?
-If your past karma controls your present, will it also extend to your future?
-Is everything already written or can it be rewritten?

The author quotes Buddha and Upnishads, not only explaining what karma is, but also striking down what it isn't. It isn't punishment. Nor is it justice, she says. Your soul didn't come to Earth to be punished. Karma is correction. It is the divine balance that ensures no deed goes unnoticed. Although western philosophy doesn't give much importance to 'good intentions' (road to heaven is paved with good intentions meaning merely intentions are as wasteful as concrete.) Passi writes that good intentions do matter. Karma isn't just about what we do. It's about what we think and say as well. The universe records your motives. In the silence of your heart lies the seed of your karma.

The author writes that "Karma is not fate. Fate is passive. Karma is active. It is the law of cause and effect, but on a soul-deep level. While
fate suggests helplessness, karma suggests empowerment."

Karma is not instant. Like a seed waiting to germinate, it may take time to manifest in your life.
But what is Karma? Passi explains:
"Karma is not just a word- it is a law. It is not merely a philosophy but a fundamental truth embedded in the rhythm of the universe. In every breath we take, in every word we utter, in every step we walk- karma follows. To many, karma seems like a mystical scorekeeper that punishes or rewards. But karma is not judgmental; it is impartial. It is a universal mechanism through which life balances itself. When you understand karnia, you begin to see that your life is not a result of fate- but of action."

How influential people can influence their karma? The author believes that karma is often thought of as a personal journey, but its power multiplies when placed in the hands of those who influence others. Leaders--whether spiritual, political, economic, or social_-carry the responsibility not only of their own deeds but of the destinies they shape for others.

This book is like an enlightening journey for me. It resolved some of my doubts and cemented some concepts for me. Pick it up today to know more about karma.
Leaving you with my favourite lines-
"Karma is not a whip that strikes us down. It is a mirror that reflects us back to ourselves. It doesn't punish-it teaches."

📘“Karma: Destiny is Written by Deeds” By Neetika Passi

What if destiny wasn’t written in the stars but etched in the choices we make every single day? That’s the profound question Neetika Passi explores in her deeply reflective and transformative work, Karma – Destiny is Written by Deeds.

This isn’t just another book on spirituality—it’s a mirror that invites you to pause, reflect, and reimagine the way you live. Drawing wisdom from the timeless truths of the Vedas, Upanishads, and the Bhagavad Gita, Passi brings the concept of karma alive in a way that feels strikingly relevant to modern life.

Through chapters that unravel everything from the origins of karma to its impact on relationships, free will, destiny, and liberation, the book reminds us that karma isn’t punishment—it’s a teacher. Each deed, each intention, becomes a seed that shapes not only our present but also the blueprint of our future.

🌿 What stood out to me is how seamlessly the author bridges philosophy with practicality. Whether it’s healing unresolved patterns, rewriting your karmic story, or finding clarity in your purpose, the book gently guides you from unconscious living to conscious creation of your destiny.

This isn’t a book you simply read—it’s a companion on your journey of self-discovery. It urges you to take ownership of your actions, embrace forgiveness, and live with integrity and awareness.

If you’ve ever asked yourself “Why me?” or struggled to break free from cycles of pain, this book offers not just answers but pathways—showing that your karma is not a chain holding you back, but the very key that can set you free.

“Karma – Destiny is Written by Deeds” is for anyone seeking clarity, healing, and empowerment. It’s not about fate; it’s about freedom. A deeply soulful guide that leaves you with one resounding truth—your destiny is not waiting to be found, it’s waiting to be created, by you.

Karma: Destiny is Written by Deeds by Neetika Passi Ma’am has become my best read of this month.
As the title suggests, the book talks about karma—how our karma shape our destiny, not luck.

I have always believed that anything happening around us isn’t because of luck or fate, but because of our actions. This book beautifully reinforce that karma philosophy and helps us understand it in the best manner. I chose this book because its title instantly connected with my inner sense to know more about the philosophy of karma, and I must say, it was totally worth reading. It was exactly what I was looking for.

The book explains karma and its proportional consequences, how our actions affect our life, and how we can achieve the best outcomes by following the philosophy of karma. Everything you want to know about this concept is well compiled here.

It also provides guidance on recovering from pain, improving relationships, and overcoming many challenges we face in life.

The author’s narrative style is truly engaging—written in simple, easy-to-understand language, with a very well-structured breakdown of karma-related concepts.

For me, it was a completely worthwhile read, and I believe it’s a must-read for everyone. The lessons given in this book will surely help you at some point in life. If you are looking for a mesmerizing and meaningful read, definitely go for it—you won’t regret it.

Karma: Destiny Is Written By Deeds by Neetika Passi is not just a book on spirituality; it’s a guide to life itself.

What I loved most is how simply yet powerfully it explains that our future isn’t dictated by fate, but by the choices and actions we take every single day.

Key takeaways that stayed with me:
• Karma is not punishment or reward, it’s a mirror of your actions.
• Dharma gives you direction, while Karma shapes your destiny.
• Every thought, word, and deed is creating your tomorrow.

The lines that hit hardest for me were:
Your life is not a result of fate but of action.
Karma is energy. Dharma is direction. Together, they shape your destiny.

If you have ever wondered why life feels the way it does or how to bring clarity and purpose back into your journey, this book is an eye-opener. It’s filled with wisdom that brings peace, integrity, and hope.

A must-read for anyone who wants to realign their life with higher purpose.

“Destiny isn’t found—it’s forged in the quiet fire of your every choice.”

Karma: Destiny is Written by Deeds is not just a book—it’s a mirror, a compass, and a torchlight in the fog of existence. With the tenderness of a friend and the wisdom of an ancient sage, the author unveils karma as more than a mystical idea—it is the silent architect of our lives, shaping every joy, sorrow, and lesson. Through stories, insights, and spiritual truths, the reader is reminded that destiny is not a fixed script but wet clay, waiting for the imprint of conscious action. The prose flows like a river—clear, deep, and reflective—guiding you to see your life not as a prison of fate but as a garden of possibility. This is a soulful manual for anyone ready to break patterns, choose love over fear, and sculpt a future aligned with their highest self. It doesn’t just speak—it transforms.

Through her book "Karma: Destiny Is Written by Deeds", author Neetika Passi provides wisdom that helps readers understand karma as a compassionate teacher rather than punishment, and that our destiny is written in our deeds. It takes readers on a journey of self-discovery.

The chapters explain the origin of karma, the spiritual science of karma, how karma shapes our lives, its role in relationships, career, health, the concept of rebirth, self-forgiveness and more. I also learned about the three streams of karma- Sanchita, Prarabdha and Kriyamana karma.

Author Neetika shares both real-life and mythological examples, along with wisdom from the Bhagavad Gita, Guru Granth Sahib, Upanishads, Jain and Buddhist teachings, which makes the concept relevant and easier to understand.

She also mentions how practices like meditation and mindfulness can help address the karmic roots of illness. Many acts of devotion when done with good intention, can help burn accumulated karma and I personally believe this. The examples of Valmiki, Angulimala, and Ashoka show how they rewrote their destiny and changed their karma. Another strength of the book is that it invites readers to introspect and offers practical tools as well.

In summary, "Karma: Destiny Is Written by Deeds" will inspire and encourage readers to understand karma, live consciously, and transform their lives.
