This is a compendium of the most common stories and themes in Southeastern Native American culture, as gathered by social biographers, often from the last generations with direct knowledge of how the stories were told. Interesting insights include the influence of African stories, comparability to European and Biblical stories, and commonality and distinctions across the American peoples.

very well written stories of our native ancestors which sometimes clarify why we think about some things the way we do today.

its important to keep these stories alive.
