My So-Called Sex Life by Lauren Blakely is a standalone romance, but still has a connection to other books written in this world.
I loved this story. The travel and the way the destinations are described, the friends to lovers, with a little second chance romance. The author and reader relationship which was all fun and not intrusive. The relationship between Hazel and Axel was so well written.
The audiobook narration by Vanessa Edwin and Sebastian York was perfect.
Shut Up and Kiss Me by Lauren Blakely is an insta love between the cop and the paramedic, with a kissing competition and throw in roommates.
The audiobook narration by Julia Whelan and Jason Clarke was perfect.
Joy Ride by Lauren Blakely is an enemies to lovers, ex-work colleagues to forced colleagues, that ties in cars, romance and challenges that Max and Henley need to work through together.
The audiobook narration by Sebastian York was perfect.
Hard Wood by Lauren Blakely is an off limits (best friend’s sister), long distance and friends to lovers romance. Oh and a cat!
Patrick and Mia’s story is a quick steamy romance with tension that’s been building each time they meet. They fall fast and the story is just as a quick.
The audiobook narration by Sebastian York was perfect.
Nobody Does It Better by Lauren Blakely is Shaw and Vanessa’s story. They go from childhood friends to lovers, and this one is long time friends aka 2 decades worth of built up attraction until a snow storm and both needing to face their feelings head first!
The bonus cute Book Club Matchmakers is such a fun part to this story.
The audiobook narration by Erin Mallon and Joe Arden was perfect.
