“You may not find another practice as effective, as direct, yet as simple."
–Grandmaster Yu Hongkun
Still struggling with your health, even after trying everything? You’re not alone.
When nothing else works, something deeper is calling.
Author LD Chen has been where you are now. A heart attack at 32, asthma, chronic pain, anxiety, burnout, and numbness–LD looked like a success from the outside, but on the inside, he was falling apart. He’d tried the best doctors, medication, Taiji, daily workouts, and more.
Nothing brought lasting relief—until one day, he discovered an ancient standing still Oneness.
Rooted in ancient wisdom and refined over generations, Oneness unites stillness and movement, energy and awareness, body and mind. LD became a fourth-generation lineage holder of Dacheng Quan, and today leads the Oneness Institute (America and Europe) to help millions transform their health and life.
This book is not a theory. It’s for practice. It’s not a quick fix—but when practiced correctly and continuously, many realize there’s nothing that needs fixing at all. Give yourself 30 days to experience the change.
Since publication, many readers have written to some noticed results within a week, others felt steady, compounding improvement. Several said they found a calm they hadn’t felt in years—and for some, pain simply disappeared. (Individual results vary.)
Rooted in ancient wisdom and refined over generations, Oneness unites stillness and movement, energy and awareness, body and mind. It doesn’t fight the body—it helps it remember how to heal.
Within the pages of Oneness, you’ll
How ancient Eastern wisdom can offer real, practical healing todayThe science and philosophy behind energy, awareness, and non-doingA method accessible to all—no equipment, beliefs, or flexibility requiredStories of others who healed from chronic pain, mental illness, and moreA deeper path beyond healing—to clarity, empathy, and awakeningOneness isn’t just a health book. It’s a doorway back to yourself.
Basically, I have to stand still for 5 minutes a day whilst switching on 9 internal switches and I am going to reap incredible wellness benefits?? How could that be anything other than 5⭐️. Count me in!
My first impression was ‘Oneness is too simple a name.’ But after reading LD Chen’s book of that title, and doing my first and second Oneness exercises, I see that I was only half right: yes, it’s a simple name. But that’s because the ‘technique’ (if one can call it that) is so simple. The experience I had my first two times after reading his instructions was anything but simple. In just ten minutes, I felt a gamut of emotions. Everything from awkward to skeptical to surrendering to peacefulness. I made a promise to give myself a month and see how I felt. But if these first two days (of feeling more in touch with the present moment) are any indication, I’ll be continuing this ‘too simple’ thing for a lot longer than one month.
I have read several books on awakening and guiding ourselves toward enlightenment. It’s definitely a journey. Mastering our earthly bodies is a challenge to say the least. This book falls right in alignment with many principles guiding us to our soul’s original state. I’m definitely committing to this practice and one day hope to meet the authors of this book. They are onto something here, and I do hope they reach their goal of enlightening 100 million Westerners. Including me, you’ve got one more! And I plan to spread the word about this book. Well done. Simple is the way which means each and every soul comes equipped with the tools necessary to do this right.
This book has a clarity many works on personal growth do not, especially considering it is introducing a paradigm unfamiliar to many people.
There is no doubt our body, mind, and inner being generates and uses energy. Learning Oneness, which is about energy—and so much more—is well worth our time. This book enables that learning.
I have one suggestion: If you are in treatment for a mental health disorder, discuss your Oneness practice with your healthcare provider.
My thanks to Writer Chen & Writer Fox for this book.
Easy to read and to follow. Oneness is in my opinion brilliant and so simple that it is a must to read and to do. It's a workbook, that's the essence. It's Tai Chi Chuan and Qi Gong, but without the movement. It's standing in stillness, it's standing strong and becoming part of the All. Start slowly and go farther step by step, it's easy and it is brilliant.
Clear, concise, and easy to read and understand similar to the practice. Good introduction but not thorough enough to be a life changing read. The results of the practice TBD.
