Can i go to the courts and live there please? because i am so obsessed with the Luna Court and all that surround it. Nay & Os' love story was sooo beautiful! i will never look at a cup of coffee the same ever again. Reading this novella after reading Rift is the perfect blend in my opinion because you truly discover how they came to be and they way they wanted thier next generatrions to hold a power like no other. They had the most amazing love sstory and created the most badass girls to ever exisit. Also CB can WRITE. I dont often like a 3rd pov they feel too dry most of the time but CB manages to create these worlds and describe them so fluidly and perfectly is just outstanding.

First of all, I absolutely adore Nayson! I liked him a lot in Rift, but I really fell in love with him in Risk. His personality is incredible and I can see how he would be easy to fall for. I love the chemistry between the main characters, and even though this novella is a quick read it was beautifully written and the length did not take away from the story or the world building. It felt very cohesive and fluid! I loved it.

Risk was the perfect short read to get me through the withdrawal of Rift and Courting Death and Desire. Absolutely love getting Nay's and O's perspective.... also Nayson is absolutely swoon worthy!

A quick, fun read that provided more background and context on some of the main characters from Rift. I always enjoy seeing a past story unfold in the present tense with the POVs of the characters who were there.
