Out of the three novellas in this collection, Ansel and Neha’s story was my least favourite. While there was no cheating or OW drama, I prefer my books longer to build more angst and redemption.

Book 2 - Basil & Summer

✔️ Betrayal & Grovel
I did feel the angst in Basil and Summer’s story. I felt his level of grovel was justified, and he made changes to his life and removed the toxicity that impacted their relationship. I would have loved to have the story longer, but for those who are fans of a quick read with some grovel, I think you will enjoy this one.

Book 3 - Cain & Faith

Cain & Faith’s story was my favourite of the three novellas that were included in this collection. I felt all the emotions for Faith’s character. While the storyline is similar to another book of Maya’s that I read previously, I still enjoyed Cain’s story and how he had to work to win back Faith’s affections over time.

Overall, I recommend this collection to fans of angst and grovel who are looking for shorter novella-length reads. I am rating the Regretfully Yours Series (Books 1-3) 4/5 stars.

I said it elsewhere about Cain, but it applies to all her books. Why would any one with a functioning brain choose to re-involve themselves with an MMC as spineless and useless as these characters?
All her FMCs are wimpy doormats and this didn't deviate. I'm done trying to figure out why people love this pity porn. It's not for me, so I'll leave it to the readers who enjoy it.

I love these novellas. I keep coming back and re-reading them, hence the 5 star rating. Ansel, Basil and Cain grovel in the way Maya Alden is famous for. So glad they've been collected in one volume.

Quick fascinating reads

Neha is my favorite FMC in the series! I love her so much! I would read another book about her and endure Ansel just to read more about her lol
