I was born to obey. Dynasty daughter. Betrothed to the golden heir of another dynasty. A political match—until I caught him cheating at a party.
So I did the one thing that would burn it all down. I kissed the Crow twins. One after the other. While Bastion’s hands were still on my waist…I grabbed his identical twin and kissed him too.
A kiss to shatter my engagement Not an invitation to be hunted.
Bastion and Luca Crow are the kind of beautiful that ruins you. All sharp jaws, black ink, and predator eyes— Power wrapped in temptation, dressed in control.
They weren’t just heirs. They were the future of a family no one dares to cross. And now I’ve touched both.
A week later, my dorm is mysteriously flooded. I’m reassigned to their room. Their world. They act like they hate me. Maybe they do. But their silence is loaded. Their stares, lethal. And now I’m sleeping under their roof.
They watch me like prey. Touch me like punishment. And hate me like it hurts.

I have absolutely no idea who this heroine is 😵💫 One minute she’s Bambi in human form; the next she’s casually whipping out a bag of coke. What in the Pablo Escobar is happening? It’s like seven different personalities are fighting for control of the same character !
I really thought this book would be right up my street. It was all blue bloods, wealth, and power. I am usually endlessly fascinated by rich people and their particular problems. There was even a grand social divide between the Crows and the Caplans, described as “not just an old rivalry. It was dynasty warfare.”
As the synopsis said, as an act of defiance, the heroine kissed her enemy, and you thought, okay, I see who she is. In a world built entirely on reputation, that was a pretty big statement. From that alone, I was under the impression she was the kind of woman you did not play with. You hit her with something, and she could set your house on fire. Turns out, I got that very wrong.
She kept insisting she had the perfect mask…girl where? A mask, to me, implied a consistent persona you present to the world. And I genuinely could not tell who she was supposed to be.
Once I realised she wasn’t a badass, I recalibrated. She then came across as cool, calm, debutante-perfect, aloof, but smart. Then she flipped into ultra-nice, acts-of-service energy that felt oddly try-hard.
Then came the “innocent, unaware of her sexiness” act, which didn’t add up with her actions. Walking past the heroes in skimpy nightgowns, folding lingerie in front of them, accidental nudity, and underwear yoga. But somehow she had no idea any of this was sexy to them? She just needed to pick a lane !! Any lane !! I beg you!
The last personality I got was the most confusing. She and the heroes were sitting around a table and they offered her a drink. She said her social circle didn’t really drink…then added, “but we do cocaine.” Suddenly she moved an ornate tray, revealed a baggie, and said it helped with stress and expectations. Then she lined it up and they all did cocaine together. I felt like I was in the Twilight Zone. WHO IS SHE ????
The story felt full of contradictions. Firstly, with the heroine’s manyyyyyyyyy personalities. Then the fact that their world valued reputation and trained women to be Trad wives, yet she was abruptly ordered to move into the hero’s house as a loyalty test. Many moments felt rushed, and despite the angst and strong sexual tension, I struggled to understand these characters.
DNFed at 30%. I have whiplash. I don’t know who this woman is, and at this point, I half expect the next reveal to be that she’s an undercover cop or the Virgin Mary reincarnated.
Sidenote: Can anyone tell me what happened to the stepsister? She was introduced on page 2, as a boyfriend-stealer, who enjoyed ruining her life, but she never appeared again while I was reading….
Barely any story and whenever there was a hint of a story it made absolutely no sense. Same repeated dialogue constantly throughout the book and absolutely no explanation to the family’s and the way things worked between them!
The drug her - when always? She was suppose to marry the guy that was cheating but they are also trying to sell her? Who is they? Her brother?
What even are the family’s? Are they just rich or is there more to it?
It was good. Not really a huge fan of daddy kink and that made me cringe a lot, but looking past that I wasn’t disappointed. Homegirl was sweet which I thought was a refresher for being a dynasty girl. Some of the connections of people were confusing and it felt like there was supposed to be something else I read to understand dynamics a little bit. (Or I’m just slow lol). Boys were a little annoying, but not a bad read.
Writing wise I did feel like it was an overview of everything. Like it was multiple one shots that were put together to make a book.
what even is this? At this point, I should just write my review using ChatGPT because that's clearly what this author has done. I don't even know what was going on in my head when I chose to read this, it quite literally feels like sand in ones mouth
Tell me why their internal monologues are the same thing over and over again? This has to be ragebait because no way this became an actual book, or maybe I just wanted to make myself suffer and decided to read this.
Plot: 3/5 • Smut: 3.5/5 ————> She kisses the twins after finding her boyfriend cheating on her with her step sister. Kissing the twins begins a chain reaction to new changes in her life. Starting with be forced to move into their dorm with them. Same room, three beds. She doesn’t realize how obsessed they’re slowing becoming with her. Finally feelings are balanced out and everyone gets together after stating she’ll never choose.
If you’re looking for something where the boys are absolutely obsessed, devoted above everything and give touch her and die vibes — this is for you. These twins are absolutely neck deep in love with her.
Lots of smut. Takes up a good chunk of the book. It’s slow to the surface but then it’s explosive.
I just want to say, please for the love of all that is Holy, get an editor, a pre-reader, a something. Seriously, anything. The premise is good, the writing seems a little immature, all things that can be overlooked and still could enjoy the book overall even. I hoped the second book would get better but it might be even worse. Literally every other page has misplaced commas, wrong words entirely, no plural where it should be, then/than misuse, and more. It got to the point I DNF’d the second book and I rarely do that. It could be SO SO good if you fixed these things! Please, so I can reread and enjoy it.
So I had a great time reading this I liked all the characters and the story was entertaining and fast paced and that ending stop it! I can’t wait for the next book four stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Ok so I really liked this book and the Twins were everything!!! They fell and they fell fast and so did she. They are definitely giving we want you, your ours, and nobody else could have you.
Messy writing. The twins’ backstory could be better than what was included. Would be great if you want a light and spicy read but if you’re looking for something more than that? Just don’t read this. Booktok has failed me again.
This book had potential to be great but I just found it wasn’t in depth enough, it all felt really surface level.
There was no backstory on any of the characters other than the small snippet you get from the twins childhood but again very surface level, I would have loved more world building and character building.
The plot in the blurb sounds great but there wasn’t much substance to it. For example when she admitted her ex used to drug her and mentioned his “kinks” why wasn’t this explored more in the book the MMC’s are supposed to be criminals and meant to exhibiting “touch her and die” behaviour but it was all just forgotten about on the next page telling her no more drugs and that’s it?!?
The ending was completely unnecessary the MC’s spend the entire book proclaiming that she’s ours, I belong to them and she just ups and leave no fighting for her nothing they just let her go on her merry way!
For me the style of the writing was boring and repetitive- I get this is meant to be a prequel and only shows this one portion of their relationship but it all just felt like a running inner monologue, there were very few actual conversations had in this book, how they all fell in love with her is beyond me because 90% of their interactions is them all staring at each other silently

This book made absolutely no sense. Unfinished storylines, major plot points wrapped up in a couple paragraphs never to be spoken of again, completely inconsistent characters. I actually have no idea what even filled the pages, it doesn’t feel like there was much to the story at all. I read this on my kindle and I looked at how much of the book was left, thinking right we must be on about 80% surely things are going to start falling into place and making sense now - no I was on 96% and absolutely nothing fell into place and nothing made sense by the end.
Did this have an editor? If so, fire them. Incomplete sentences and so many spelling and grammar mistakes.
The only sole reason this is 2 stars instead of 1 is because I’m slightly tempted to read the next one in the series??? Is this some sort of Stockholm syndrome? Did I develop one of Emilia’s many ditsy personalities in which I actually enjoyed this a bit? Confused x
I’m gonna start out with this was a great storyline with a great plot and sub plots. The theory behind the story was great and could have been something amazing, with that said I felt there was a disconnect between a lot of chapters and what was happening. I would finish one chapter that left on a cliffhanger just to get to the next chapter and it was somewhere else completely leaving the previous chapter missing a conclusion. This was a theme throughout the book as well, things got jumbled and didn’t always make logical sense. Even at the end, one minute it seemed like they were at the dorms but then suddenly they were at a hotel. Things seemed to jump a lot and it left a lot of world and situation building out which made it confusing. I’m hoping the second book can bring more clarity to some of the issues that were left so confused in the first book.
I devoured it within a day - I loved Emilia, Luca and Bastion but I kinda felt as times if I was missing some of the plot and kept going back a page to make sure?..
I loved when she moved on them.. it was hilarious at times
The spice was on another level.. they treated her like a fricken queen when they realise they love her
But then all of a sudden she’s moving out?!
No explanation really for why… just slightly confusing. Unsure if I’m going to continue with the next book

I loved the style of writing and the flow of this book! Very unique and easy to follow, despite the underlying themes and complex characters.
If you’re looking for something where the boys are absolutely obsessed, devoted above everything and give touch her and die vibes — this is for you. These twins are absolutely neck deep in love with her.
It’s unhinged, obsession with love and keeps you on your toes, spicy and honestly Bastion and Luca oh boy.
I had higher hopes for the book. The plot starts out well and pulls you in but as the book goes on it stays one note. The world feels small, you don’t get to know any other characters and the main characters do not have the development you expect them to have. A lot of the book is said and not shown. I personally liked how the author would build up tension, but then you would be left there.. the beginning of the book the twins yearn for the FMC but when they actually get her, it’s disappointing.
This book wrecked me in the best way. I went in thinking I’d just dip into a few chapters and ended up staying up until 1am because I couldn’t put it down. The tension that makes you swipe to the next page, like her and the one bed.
What really surprised me is how emotional it was. That made me ache for them.
That ending? Absolutely shattered me. I’m already reaching for Book 2 because I need to know. Thank you booktok
If I have to read the word ours again, I'm going to projectile puke.
I had high hopes for this (clearly misplaced). When I started reading this, the writing style intrigued me but as I continued, it just became very repetitive and annoying. Couldn't wait to finish it (Almost cried when I realised there was going to be two more but I won't be reading them)
If anyone finishes the trilogy, please spoil it for me and thank you.
I was excited to read this after seeing videos on TikTok but I dnf’d @30%. This book did more telling instead of showing, there was very little words spoken between any characters and it was choppy. I stopped once the 3 MC’s did Coca Cola together, if u knew that was in the book, I never would have started reading it. I don’t know if the ❄️ is gonna be a recurring thing but I don’t care enough to find out.

soooo this is a rare occasion where I just didn't care for the world building and plot and just wanted to read about the fmc and the guys. good timing cuz the plot made 0 sense. there was SOOOOOO much repetition. I swear how many fucking times can you repeat the same thing???? also the drugs??? I got so confused, was she drugged??? does she microdose herself??? idk but the smut was holy smokes hot

I was really enjoying it but then the story stopped making sense. It was repetitive and confusing. One minute she has to beg, the next they just start going at it. They had plot for the boys and then it just disappeared. I didn’t even finish the whole thing because there was no detail in my opinion during some of the sex scenes and I felt like I was reading the same page over and over again. It had really good potential but I just can’t. 2.5 stars is I’m being honest
This was a struggle. Endless repetition and the story going absolutely nowhere. The whole book is the h doing her daily activities, brushing, walking, sleeping, doing yoga and the Twin Hs watching. And the entire book is-
Written. Like. This. I fucking hate it.
One thing to the author. Learn to write in paragraphs. This. Was. Annoying. As. Hell.
This reads like a scenes of a diary entry, which makes sense when you learn that this is strictly for their schooling days.
The whole book is set like a prequel, a why the obsession and the heartbreak occurred. I’m assuming the second book will be a time skip of when they’re a little older and reuniting old flames.
um this book to me the relationship progression was just so off but I think it was mostly because of the writing style.....this us not a standalone but honestly I can sit down and read anymore...I literally skim through the ending cause the writing was just ugh like it just wasn't interesting enough for me to go and read a whole other book.
This book has so much potential, but lacking details. Sometimes I felt like characters were not described or explained but could have made it better. Overall the book was good easy fast read. I hope book 2 is more detailed.
I could not put this down. I read it 24 hours. It was so good! The pull, the push and the quickness of it all…. Perfect and it draws you right in! Can’t wait to read more!!!
