Thank you Atria Books for the gifted copy 💛

3.5 stars ⭐⭐⭐✨

This is one of those books that feels very practical and straightforward. It focuses on communication, conflict prevention, and understanding how to navigate different personalities, both at home and in the workplace.

The advice is easy to follow and grounded in real-life situations. It doesn’t overcomplicate things, which I appreciated. The core message is really about awareness, paying attention to how people communicate, what triggers conflict, and how to respond more thoughtfully instead of reactively.

That said, a lot of the ideas felt familiar. If you’ve read other books on communication or interpersonal dynamics, this may feel more like a refresher than something entirely new. Still, it presents the concepts clearly and in a way that is accessible.

I also liked that it focuses on prevention, not just resolution. It’s less about fixing big conflicts after they happen and more about recognizing patterns early and adjusting before things escalate.

What I Loved
• Clear, practical advice that’s easy to apply 💬
• Focus on preventing conflict, not just resolving it
• Accessible and straightforward writing

What Didn’t Fully Work for Me
• Concepts may feel repetitive if you’ve read similar books
• Not a lot of new or groundbreaking insights

Overall, this is a solid, approachable guide to communication and conflict management. It may not completely change how you think about relationships, but it offers useful reminders that are worth revisiting 💛📖
