Beginning basics

Easy to understand even with a few places that need to be edited either with a couple words misspelled or left out completely. However it’s concept is easy to grasp. It makes sense to apply these steps to everything in life, not just an intimate relationship. I would’ve enjoyed more in depth examples for each situation and in depth examples for the steps needed to practice these core changes.
