She has also provided the requisite disclaimers and cautions to be taken while practising these Yogic postures, which is another plus point of the book. Overall, she connects health and wellness, Yoga, biology and ancient wisdom to produce a thoroughly researched and accessible book for beginner to intermediate Yoga practitioners.

Ample instructions on how to execute that habit, benefits, contraindications, caution points, meaning, time taken along with the background information regarding the same habit have been provided in a very structured manner by the author. Often black and white pictures accompany the particular habit.
For someone who would feel very intimidated by Yoga, this book was a gentle and a simple introduction to the world of Yoga. It would be an absolute treat to read more books on Yoga by the same author.
