Wow. Just wow.
From page one, I was immersed and drawn into what I knew would be an excellent story. After reading Hanley's masterful work of "The Hoppy Hooligans: Lessons from the Reaper", I knew I would be in for a treat with this story, but I never could've expected just how beautifully this world would unfold.
In "The Hoppy Hooligans: The Battle of Adelmar", harrowing battle and tender loyalty kiss in a glorious story that meets the likes of Tolkien and Lewis in the fantastical beauty of its plot and complexity of its themes.
With each chapter, I was immersed and pulled deeper and deeper into the unraveling threads of war and suspense as the Hooligans faced challenges greater than they had ever faced before. As old enemies resurrected to haunt them and new enemies rose from the shadows, the Hooligans were thrown into the greatest fight of all-- the fight of the heart.
Woven with faith-filled themes and profound messages fit for every generation, I can truly say that this story is timeless and beautiful. I would recommend it to everyone I know, and as I come to the end of this story, I can say boldly that I have been changed.
If you are looking for an inspiring book of faith-based fantasy and clean fiction that confronts the deeper parts of life while balancing a touch of humor and a profound sense of loyalty-- I cannot recommend this book enough.
