Omg this standalone is so lit. My girl jez wasn't even looking at Ken like that at first, and Mia had to mess with that girl like that. She was selfish ass. Heck, it was about what she could do and get cause of her momma up bringing. Then she tried to be sneaky and get pregnant by riding him in his sleep. I'm glad he woke up from that nightmare. My babies became a cute couple and still are riding strong with that baby KJ. I'm glad Mia is in the past and got what she deserves. U did good on yet another book and I'm looking forward to reading more of them. Sitting here patting my feet while sipping on Pepsi and while eating popcorn while waiting on the next book to read.
Kenzai was a great man dealing with the wrong woman. Mia was spoiled and entitled. She thought that the sun rose and set on her! Jezuri came in the picture and shut all of that down. All Jezuri had to do is be herself. Being her authentic self made Kenzai fall hard. His parents liked her, unlike their feelings for Mia. Mia let her entitlement and jealousy get her expelled. She never cared about Kenzai, only what he could afford her! Kenzai and Jezuri only worked harder to pursue their careers. Their best friends right by their sides. Great read, just needed to be proof read. Way too many errors.
I loved everything about this story and I was so happy for Jezuri!!!…I love that she made the sacrifice to pay for her college and also pay back the loans her father got for her to go!!!… Kenzai didn’t ask why she was in the club, just made it clear that he needed her in his life and he set out to get her!!?… Mia got every single thing she deserved for messing with ppl lives!!!…Her mother is going to be her downfall and I was glad her father finally put his foot down!!!… I love me some Momma Nat though!!!…
Kenzai and Jezuri were so cute together. I was so glad when he dumped Mia because she was evil, vindictive, and a selfish gold digger. Kenzai saw Jezuri and started applying light pressure because he wasn’t happy at all with Mia. Mia lied and got Jezuri fired from her strïpping job but Kenzai looked out for her and had his mom to hire her. Aaliyah was a good friend to Jezuri and I like that she ended up with Bryan, Kenzai best friend and football teammate. I like that they got pregnant with KJ right before they graduated and not during the school year.
I was jumping up and down when the air got let out of Mia's bubble. Her mother taught her all wrong. Glad her father let her know the grass was greener on the other side but she lost her privileges. I like how Jezuri didn't let the job define her. She got a better one. Kenzai, he was taking to long to let Mia go. I'm wondering did Jamal ever make it to the NBA?
See what happens when you try to be slick and shame someone. You lose everything. Kenzai, know he should have been left. Trying to be nice and save face. Jezuri was enjoying doing her and not bothering anyone. It's funny how one interaction changes the future of so many.
They met at Blake U, born into two different economic classes they were both good people! There paths crossed at the right time and their lives were forever changed! A great read!
I am so happy for Kenzai and Jezuri. I knew things would work out for them. Thank God he got rid of Mia. She was just evil. Now he is pro and married with a son. Great Read!
This was a nice read. Mia got on my nerves but overall it was good . I like the fact Kenzai didn’t play about Jezuri but it took him to long to get Mia together. I’m glad Aaliyah and Bryan stayed together. I loved that for them.
