Great book. Easy to read. Very nice to have it all said at once for reference.

Easy read and a must for all future leaders in any field. Plenty of impactful nuggets and strategy from cover to cover.

Practical 5 minute lessons at the end of the chapters. Managing people is hard and this book gives some help.
