My name is Jonathan Vine, and I was caught up in the vegetarian lifestyle a few years back. I have to say that giving up on meat did not struck me in a single moment, nor it was a swift decision, but an inner journey that evolved within a few months. Jonathan Vine has gone and done it again. This time, he has brought us another Amazing Cookbook 101 Healthy Vegan Asian Foods. One of my favorite things to eat is Asian food. Growing up in Miami, Florida, I miss most of the cultures when it comes to food. The book has 4 different chapers that discuss appetizers, soups, main dishes, and my favorite desert! These recipes can impress even the pickiest of eaters. Try being a little Vegan today :) as this is definitely a wonderful and amazing book that is easy to follow. It also adds to Jonathan Vine's amazing collections of delicious vegan recipes for a healthy lifestyle and living!
I have been trying out this book for about a month. So far we have tried the spring rolls, lettuce wraps, Coconut curry soup, peanut noodles and a few others that I can’t recall right now. xd So far we have liked all the recipes. The book has some really nice photos in it and the recipes are easy to follow. The kids and I love Asian food of all kinds so this book has been really great. I will be using it a lot! I really like it and recommend it to those looking for vegan asian recipes or just asian recipes. You could easily add meat or fish to any of these recipes. Do check it out!
This book is perfect for cooking Asian Vegan at home! Our local Asian restaurant is really bad so I have been experimenting at home! The scallion pancakes in this book are the best! Thanks Jonathan for another great book! I love that I don't have to go trolling the internet for recipes anymore!
