Watching Paula get caught up in this mystery was very good fun. Even Inspector Merrick seemed to tolerate her with grudging respect and a little exasperation. The scene where Paula was trying to trying to get information out of a suspect by taking them to a karaoke night at a local pub was very funny, and some of the cause of Merrick's frustration. I'm looking forward to the next one to see where Paula's journey takes her next.
