What if somebody asks you while holding your Bible, “Is that Bible that you are holding the Word of God?” Can you confidently say, “Yes this is the Word of God.” If he asks, “Is that perfect?”. Can you confidently say, “Yes”? If you do not have confidence in the Bible that you are using and would say, “This contains the Word of God and there are many errors in it," how would others learn to trust God's Word? They would say, “As we read the Bible, we do not know if we are reading an erroneous portion or if it is the truth”. Such will confuse the lost sinner as well as the believers. I believe that God has preserved His words, they are true and faithful. The law of the LORD is perfect, converting the the testimony of the LORD is sure, making wise the simple.
