Eduard Petiška delivers in this book exactly what is promised. It was intended for children but adults can find their time there as well. I sure did. Charles IV is an important figure not only in Czech history and the little knowledge of this king should have it's whereabouts.

This books offers just it. It shows you a little of a way Bohemian and Moravian history went through out centuries. It starts with marriage of John of Luxemburg with last of the Přemyslides Eliška and from there takes you to the demise or Czech King and Roman Emperor.

It does not forget myths of Czech lands and Castles. And as an introduction or fill to your knowledge it is perfect. Five stars.
