Any true crime enthusiast will find it impossible not to be captivated by Aishwarya Singh and Aryaan Mishra’s Desi Crime podcast. This Gen Z duo delivers gripping real-life crime stories with a passionate narrative style that keeps listeners glued from start to finish. Compared to their storytelling, Netflix’s documentaries often feel bloated and uninspired.
While the accompanying book offers bite-sized versions of the same stories, it understandably falls short of the podcast’s immersive impact. Still, it stands as a commendable tribute to the duo’s storytelling prowess.
Bravo, Aishwarya and Aryaan — keep the chills coming.
