Good hiring framework. Relevant primarily for executive recruiting, but concepts and framework could be modified for other roles.

Nothing novel, good for those new to hiring. Extremely long winded - book could be 15 pages.

Good Summary

I view this as the Cliff Notes version of the book. That is exactly what I was looking for when I made the purchase.
