Vogue Vampires Legacy is written by Favour Weridongha. Vogue Vampire Legacy is a dark, seductive tale of power, betrayal, and bloodlust. Vampires and other night creatures battle to become the supreme leaders of a new world order — a hierarchy ruled by blood-drinking, demonic beings.
At the center of the chaos is Alice, a human chasing her dreams, who is pulled into a tragic war between love and survival. As the supernatural world spirals into conflict, she must navigate a realm of seduction, deceit, lust, betrayal, and hidden truths.
Then there’s Lady Gisele Buchman — a powerful and infamous “true element” vampire, tormented by a past she cannot escape. All her life, she’s searched for the light she lost within. Her path is tangled with the lives of Dean, Drake, Ambrosio, and Charlie, each facing choices that could change the fate of the world forever.
In a world where fashion, power, and darkness collide — how far would you go to protect what you love?
The Novel involves French and gives insight into African local language known as the IZON (IJAW) language.
Hi, I’m Favour Weridongha, author of Vogue Vampires Legacy, my debut novel. I began writing during the COVID-19 pandemic, turning personal experiences and vivid imagination into storytelling. The opening scene, Alice cutting a flower was inspired by my real-life experience, while the vampires grew from my lifelong love of the supernatural.
I weave emotion, dreams, and lived moments into fantasy worlds filled with beauty and darkness. Though Vogue Vampires Legacy was originally meant to be a standalone story, it expanded into something much bigger, introducing new characters and a deeper exploration of how our present is always tied to the past our “ancient becoming.”
I’ve always had more ideas surrounding Lady Gisele Buchman, one of the central characters, and I’m now certain this story may become a series. The next book will explore her difficult past childhood traumas, haunting choices, and the events that shaped the woman readers meet in Vogue Vampires Legacy.
Beyond fantasy, I’m also working on a personal book about mental health, inspired by the things I say to myself privately and publicly.
