A lot to digest
The books are good quick reads but by the end I was glad to be done. I hope more books are coming with Beth and Mike as PIs. Cases that aren’t so gruesome and don’t have the child abuse theme. Thank goodness I don’t see images in my head because they would be grotesque.

Different in a good way
The different stories are very good and the characters for each story are very good there are so many twists and turns that keep you guessing
