Moving away from a small town is easy. The hard part is coming back and finding where you fit in again.
But for Casey June Hart, fitting in is overrated, especially when the town’s only very eligible detective tells her not to investigate a murder that could put her family bakery out of business. While Detective Fin Westmoreland has pinned Casey June as the number one suspect in his murder investigation, she is falling hard for another man in local law enforcement, Sam Shore, the flannel guy next door. Let’s just say Sam’s cowboy boots are getting to her, in a good way.
But as both men compete for her attention, Casey June uncovers a secret in Seabrook. Is it real, or is she imagining things?
I loved this book from cover to cover! The characters, visual images of the town, and the storytelling were top notch! Can’t wait for the next one from Sherry!
