This book was fun. Between this and Predator Kills the Marvel Universe, definitely feel Marvel has recently captured some great Horror movie vibes in their pages.

Actually, 2.5. I'm only rounding down because it's Deadpool, and I fucking hate Deadpool.

The story introduced four young mutants who are "fanboys," modeling themselves after the kinds of superheroes I already know and love from comics. Their powers are hit-and-miss, in that they are at least somewhat useful. But, the entire story is narrated from the perspective of Deadpool, now forced to be a cannibal zombie, but aware of everything that is happening from the perspective of a backseat passenger in his own body. It tries to be both a horror movie and "meta."

I liked watching the young heroes fight and falter. I could do without Deadpool, but it's his fucking book.

Okay it made me weirdly emotional, like Deadpool not being able to control his body to the point of killing again even if he doesnt really want to (and well eating people TvT) ugh

It was ok.

An ok read. Story and art were ok. Nothing I haven't read or seen before. It put me to sleep just from by the 10th page. Meh.
