Angelé Morris takes you on a heartfelt journey from being nowhere to being present and alive, now here. She addresses emotions, circumstances, the mind, and the spirit through each chapter to help you find healing for your soul. The exercises included are a wealth of knowledge for healing from trauma and grounding in Christ. I love that she always points back to Jesus! Chapter six held some real gems for me. One is when Angelé discusses how surrender to God was difficult because she had unwittingly surrendered to the enemy many times. I had experienced that too, but had never connected it that way before. When you open this book get your tissues and journal ready!

Angele’ Morris’s book Nowhere (Now Here): From Lost to Found reminds me of the verse in John Newton’s “Amazing Grace” where he writes:

I once was lost, but now am found,
Was blind, but now I see

We cannot see clearly when we are separated from the only One who can make our paths straight again. Morris’s memoir is her personal journey from “lost to found” and achieving healing through the divine presence of Jesus Christ.

Let’s start living our lives Now. Here.

Nowhere (Now Here) is a raw, redemptive journey that reminds us God meets us right where we are. Angelé Morris shares her story with such honesty that I found myself breathing deeper, reflecting more, and speaking truth over myself in ways I hadn’t in a long time.

The mindfulness practices and declarations like “God loves me now. Here.” helped me remember: I’m not lost. I’m seen, loved, and held.

This book is an invitation to stop striving, start healing, and live fully present with God—right here, right now.
