NAOMI HAYES desires love, or so she thinks, hiding behind casual flings and a job perfectly curated for her. But when a chance encounter with Roma, a pastor with a past of his own, turns into a string of "coincidences," Naomi is forced to reckon with a God she doesn’t believe in… and a man who won’t stop seeing the light in her.
ROMA KING is committed to his calling, with no room for distractions, until Naomi crashes through his routine with questions he can’t ignore, and a presence that unsettles him. What begins as duty turns into desire, but falling for Naomi means risking more than what he thought life would look like; it means surrendering to God’s will in a way he never imagined.
Their friendship turns into something deeper than either of them a Love that forces them to face what they’ve been hiding.
But love like this demands honesty, surrender, trust, and for Naomi and Roma, it may just demand everything.
Redeemed is a friends-to-lovers, emotionally rich, Christian romance that explores what happens when unexpected love becomes the very thing God uses to restore what was lost.

You will not want to put this book down! 😭 It perfectly depicted the pursuit and love of Christ to those that feel unworthy and to see it in a relationship was just so beautiful. This book is an answered prayer for me because I had been really praying for clean Christian fiction. Will be re-reading and gifting to all my friends!
A MUST READ!!! 🥹 This story depicted God’s love for imperfect people so beautifully. I liked how it was the FMC who was struggling with her faith, instead of the MMC. It’s usually the other way around in books that I have read. I loved the slow burn romance between Naomi and Roma! The build-up to them finally getting together was done so well. I will for sure read more of this author’s work in the future!
Definitely a five star 🌟 read. The title 'REDEEMED' was well played in every character. None was left out ( love me some character development)🥹👌 It depicts God's perfect love for an imperfect people🧎♀️. Don't get me started on the slow burn romance that built between Roma & Naomi🤭🤭 Would definitely re-read it.
This is definitely a must read. I love this Christian romance. This story was so beautiful and the way that they love story on wine was so amazing I was glued to this book. It was so nice to see for a change a man of God and a woman who actually struggles with her Faith. We usually see as other way around so this was really nice to see. I hope that she’s able to even write more about their love story, it was such a great book. Can’t wait to read more from her!!!
Redeemed was such a beautiful and inspiring read. I was completely invested in Naomi and Roma's journey from the very beginning and found myself not wanting to put the book down. The story is filled with faith, healing, growth, and a romance that feels genuine and heartfelt.
What I loved most was how the characters weren't perfect they had struggles, doubts, and past hurts that made their journey feel real and relatable. Watching them grow individually and together was both emotional and uplifting.
This book is more than just a romance; it's a story about redemption, God's grace, and learning to trust His plan even when it doesn't look the way you expected. It left me encouraged, reflective, and smiling by the end.
Well, as the author myself, it's safe to say I've read this book a lot more than the average person and I'm truly honoured I got to write this. The romance had me kicking my feet and blushing like nobody's business and I tried my best to capture what the love of God could do and what it could be like, especially when you're hesitant about your faith because you're afraid of what it will cost you. Please read Redeemed! You'll not regret it.
As a Christian myself, I found “Redeemed” to be highly refreshing to see true Christ-like love depicted in fiction. While, yes, it was a faith-based story, I did not feel it dominated the story as to make it unappealing to a non-Christian audience. The struggles, fears, and doubts of both Roma (the MMC) and Naomi (the FMC) felt real and relatable, and I thoroughly enjoyed watching their love story play out. Another aspect I loved was ALL the Biblical truths woven seamlessly into the narrative. I found myself nodding along, my heart agreeing with what the characters were saying. A truly God-inspired story! Well done, Uche!!
The story follows the love story of Naomi and Roma. Roma a former drug addict turned pastor and Naomi who looks for love in the wrong places but eventually decides to find love in Christ. The story a slow burn that gracefully shows a sinners path to salvation. I read African authors to be enthralled by African stories therefore I was surprised the story is located in LA, USA. Because of this there was a lack of depth or authenticity in the soundscape, smells and geography of the book. I rate the book at 2.5⭐
Redeemed was such a beautiful and encouraging read! I loved how the story showed the importance of loving people who are still unsure in their faith, something every Christian faces not just in romance but also with family, friends etc. Naomi’s journey felt real and relatable, and Roma’s faith was inspiring yet human. The message of hope, patience, and God’s timing really shines through. Highly recommend!
