Entretenido. Lo he leído en inglés y se entiende muy bien, el vocabulario es sencillo.
Hace 150 años los dramones eran mejores que ahora.
Las hermanas Bontë ídolas (Charlotte, Emily y Anne): "The sisters called themselves Currer, Ellis and Acton Bell because they believed that women writers were not respected"
Y Charlotte: "Before Jane Eyre, the heroine of a novel had to be beautiful, or at least (...) attractive. Charlotte Bontë chose to make her heroine, Jane Eyre, plane, small and unattractive."

8. Now that you are this far into the story, what do you look forward to learning next? What conflicts or problems do you think the characters will face? What qualities of your character (honest, loyal, cruel, dishonest, angry, and vengeful) will affect how the character handles the problems and conflicts he or she encounters?

Jane Eyre, a famous novel, which was written by Charlotte Brontë about over 150 years ago. However, with a touching story like that, I think there is no limited time; as reading today, we can learn about true love with all of honesty and loyalty, the love that sometimes people now do not care. Modern contemporary society seems to stifle pure love by hasty, realistic, and material word. In this story, we meet a woman who is always explicit and clear in her statement as well as action although she had had a pitiful and miserable childhood; and a man, who was cheated by his own father and had an unhappy marriage. And they came to love each other by all their heart. Especially, the woman, she defied the fact that the man, whom she loved, was blind and had made her hurt, nevertheless, their love was really true.

However, I think there were some problems that they would encounter while living together. The man, who was so manly and even cold, may he feel compassionated by his wife? And what would he do when thinking that he cannot protect his wife and brought her a normal life as many other couples? Yet another, if there were any time that the woman might hear bad things from others or because of love, the man wanted her to leave him? So in these cases how could they overcome? The story has a happy ending when they chose to live together forever after suffering a lot of hardships; and their choice was the best answer for those above questions as well as their further tomorrow problems. They can handle every conflict with all their hearts and love as they did.

13. It is not unusual to wish that our lives were more like the lives of characters in stories. How would you change your own life to be more like the world of your story?

In this case, for me, I think that everyone all wants to have the true love like the couples in this story. But how would I change my own life? I just treat others by my heart and that is the only thing I can do. Like Jane Eyre, the woman in this story, although she had gone through hard time and touched happiness, there still had another things wait for her. And nowadays, it is the same. Jesus Christ had said that “does for others the thing that you want they do for yourself”; and it is the best way to have better life in any situations.

9. If I could ask any character a question, I would ask Mr. Rochester who is the main character wanted to marry with Jane Eyre. I want to ask him why he did not explain his situation at the beginning of their relationship. He was sure about Jane really loved him and if he told her his real story, she could understand. They loved each other more than anything in the world, so they can overcome everything, but each of them must be honest. Although Jane never wanted to leave him, because of his lie she came away to him. However, at the end of the story love won and they were together again.
I choosed this question because if he were honest, everything would be better in this story. If he did not make a mistake, Jane would not to have so much difficulty.

14. I think the author wrote this story because she wanted to point out power of love and being nice person makes you lucky in life. Firstly, as we can see in this story truelove is such a wonderful thing and it does not depend on appearance, it is about character. Although Jane was young and very beautiful lady and she always said that Mr. Rochester are not good looking, she always loved him, so the author wanted to show us nothing is important if you have truelove. Secondly, I think she wanted the point out if we will be a good nature person, both God and people will help us in every case.
