Hello, Hugless Douglas! is a short story about Hugless Douglas as he goes about his day and spends time with his friends.

This is not the most interesting book and it doesn't seem to have much of a storyline but instead just says what Hugless Douglas is doing. It would have been nice to have a bit more of a story even though it would have been a shorter one based on the reason this book was created.

The illustrations are lovely and shown the fun and loveable side of Hugless Douglas we know from the books in the main series. The children enjoy looking at the pictures of all the fun and silly things Hugless Douglas gets up to with his friends.

This is a nice book for what it is but it's mainly the illustrations that attract the children to the book.

This little book is a nice fun story for young children. It is very small so it's not suitable as a class story as children wouldn't be able to follow the text, but it could be good for a reading corner. The illustrations are colourful and it follows Douglas through his daily routine which again, would be good for young children such as those in FS.

Not a story story. This one can be the first book to read. It's more of an introduction to the world of Hugless Douglas.

Huukolla oli hyvä päivä. Mitäpä sitä lastenkirjaan enempää juonta. Tai välttämättä aikuistenkaan.
