This book offers an empowering guide for women, people of colour, and other marginalized professionals on breaking through the barriers that can hold them back. Dr. Gujrathi shares practical tips and thoughtful insights aimed at helping readers succeed and thrive. As a woman and ally, I think the content and message of this book are both important and timely. While it didn’t quite align with my own current experience, I can see it being very helpful and encouraging for many readers. I also really appreciated the author’s expertise and clear intent to support and uplift others through this work.

This book piqued my interest as soon as I read "Dismantle Your Inner Critic." I am, at times, my own worst enemy, especially within my work life so I have come to read this at a key stage in my career. It talks about compassionate and transformational leadership and being able to break free from stereotypical marginalisation within the workplace.
This is a book that I will, more than likely, keep coming back to depending on where I am in my career, and I would definitely recommend it, more so as part of your leadership journey.
