Joshua R. Vance is a novelist and screenwriter that grew up in the endless mountains of West Virginia where he currently lives with his wife and two fur babies. His main areas of writing are fantasy and science fiction. He is a graduate of the University of Central Florida where he earned his BA in English/Creative Writing.

Coffee is to Joshua as gasoline is to a vehicle, without it he cannot operate. He has been working on his main series of novels, The Essenvar Series since early 2006, and is currently editing a side novel while working on the third and final Essenvar book.
