About the author

Jahric Lago is a writer, published author, manuscript editor, graphic designer, book layout designer, and a proud Mariah Carey fan. He currently serves as the Private Secretary to the President of the Philippine Normal University. He has written and published more than 20 books with PSICOM Publishing Inc. (publisher of Diary ng Pangit and Talk Back and You’re Dead), TBC Publications, and his classic retelling will soon be published by 8Letters Publishing. His first works, the humor memoir-style titles Anong Klaseng Estudyante Ka?, Anong Klaseng Empleyado Ka?, and Buti Pa Ang Leron Leron May Sinta, remain among his most recognized early works.

His other works include Dreamland (co-written with Cheska Mateo), 20 Nights in Heaven, Giovanni Bactol Jr., and his two dark fantasy collections, Nightjar and Metamorphosis, as well as his children’s book Kakatok-Katok si Bitok. He also co-authored Endless Love, a love poetry collection written with his partner JM Bolo, launched at the Manila International Book Fair 2025.

He is the founder and owner of TBC Publications, an independent publishing organization that supports a community of Filipino authors, editors, designers, and independent publishers. He is the creator and editor of the anthology series Jahric Lago Presents, TBC Novelette Series, and TBC Halo-Halo Atbp. Previously, he served as Editor-in-Chief of Valley Voice under the PLMar Center for Public Affairs, Information, and Publications Services (PLMar-CPAIPS). He graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management and was awarded Journalist of the Year at the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Marikina.

He lives in Manila, writing his next masterpiece while listening to the great music of Mariah Carey.

Compilation of love letters with rhyme and feelings between Bebe Lablab Jahric and his LOML Kuya Jonathan. Halong kilig, cheesy, and seryosohan ang mga ibinato nilang mga linya sa bawat isa; nagsasagutan, nagtutugunan sa bawat binibitiwang linya. Ramdam sa bawat salita ang kanilang emosyon at nararamdaman sa bawat isa. Naglalarawan, nagkukuwento, at nagbabahagi ng maikling kuwentong nasa porma ng tula. Ang ganda ng istilo at bitiwan nila ng mga salita, na kahit hindi maglagay ng tugma ay nagiging makahulugang tula pa rin.

Poetry expresses the soul through words, much like music does through sound. Both JM & Jahric captured the essence and theme of what they wanted to share. The lines in their poem reflected what it is, meaningful, sweet, imperfect and at time painful. Yet, it always remains a wonder and mystery to experience.

Good job! Isa sa mga pinakamaganda at ‘di pangkaraniwang poem na aking nabasa na sinulat sa “Filish” o Filipino-English na linguwahe. Gusto ko ang ideyang sagutan ng dalawang karakter na involved sa aklat na ito. Bawat saknong ay talagang damang-dama ang emosyon, pagpapahayag ng kasiyahan, kalungkutan at pagmamahal sa isa’t-isa. Bahagya akong nalungkot sa parte na may pamamaalam ngunit, para akong na-scam papasok lang pala sa trabaho. Nakatutuwa na may ganitong ideya ang dalawang manunulat. Congratulations po! Ang ganda ng collab, talagang puno ng love! Anyway, expected ko pure English language dahil sa title. Pero sa bawat pahina, namangha ako, dahil sa palitan sila ng kanilang mga tula na taglish ang mga gamit na salita. Hindi lang halo halong emosyon ang lilitaw sa kanilang inihandang mga tula, kundi mga eksena makikila at makaka-relate ka. Habang binabaybay at ninanamnam ko ang bawat pahina, iba't ibang emosyon ang naramdaman ko habang nagbabasa. May tuwa, lungkot, kilig at higit sa lahat, naiyak ako! Naiyak ako sa husay nilang dalawa. Para akong nanonood ng roleplay, na ang tanging tauhan ay dalawang lalaking tunay na nagmamahalan. Grabe yung batuhan ng mga linya este mga tula. Ang gaganda, ang gagaling! So far ito yung nabasa kong mga tula na makwela, pero ramdam na ramdam mo yung pagmamahalan ng dalawang taong nagsulat nito. Higit sa lahat, ang catchy ng mga ginamit nilang words, kahit may iba na hayagan, pero andoon pa rin yung pagiging malikhain nila bilang manunula(t). Walang tapon sa kanilang sulat, lahat magugustuhan at mahahalin. Bukod dito, habang binabasa ko ang palitan nila ng tula base sa pamagat na mayroon, nakilala ko kung paano sila magmahal. Si JM na seryoso, malalim at mahiwaga dahil sa gamit niyang mga salita. Habang si Jahric naman ay ma kwela, mapaglaro sa mga salita at puno ng emosyon pero pakikiligin ka sa mga huling banat. Parehas magaling, parehas may ipinaglalaban, at parehong may mahal ang isa't isa. Itong mga tula nila ang patunay ng kanilang walang hanggan na pagmamahalan. Ang galingg!

Endless Love is a beautiful poetry book about love, how it feels and how it grows. The poems are easy to understand but full of emotion. Each page speaks to the heart and reminds us of our own experiences with love. I enjoyed the soft and sincere tone of the poems. I'm really excited to read the full book this coming September!
