After finishing this book, I know that I'm not going crazy or falling apart, and there's some great tips for improving diet and exercise. I really enjoyed it and appreciated the science behind it.

I really needed this book! The tips are so practical. Other books haven't really gone into things I can actually do to alleviate symptoms. Michelle Bridges does.

Like, I really don't care so much about the science of it, I just want the layman's explanation and this book for me, does that. She spends enough time on every aspect and then bam! she gives awesome exercise, diet, supplement info. and that's what I needed.
