This is a good book with a bit of a different story line. If you like sexually explicit story lines with a bit of fantasy thrown in you might like this. The characters are interesting and reflect a spectrum of different personalities with one main thing in common. If you like your lesbians hot and sexy with voracious sexual appetites you will probably enjoy this one. The sex scenes are plenty and heavy. The only thing I didn't particularly care for is every so often the character narrating changes and for me at least took me a minute to go, Oh this is a different character talking.

This book continues the erotic,naughty relationships Cherry and her girls experienced in The World of Cherry.With Kay's penchant for character detail,she gives "The World of Cherry 2" an insight to the complicated,lustful lives these ladies lead.Can't wait to read the third segment of this saga.

Better than Book 1

I wasn't enamored with the first book Cherry, but the author encouraged me to continue on to Book 2 and I am glad I did. This one is more engaging, the characters fleshed out a bit more and there is a story, a back story and some really hot erotica. This book will appeal to those with secret fantasies of unabashed sexual freedom.

I am definitely enjoying this series so far, but my initial reservations from the first one are still in play. I did enjoy getting to know all of the different characters more; from the bartender, to the DJ, to Winter's new GF. This 2nd part of the story did bring some more drama to it that I felt better about reading about over the cheating. And it really made me want to read the third one so I can see what happens with the unexpected singing guest that arrives at the club. Her and Cherry have a past that I'm excited to find out more about. She seems like quite the character and I want to see what's up her sleeve and how she's going to manipulate the situation to her advantage (I really apologize, I can't remember any of the other characters' names except Winter and Cherry).

The one part I did struggle with was Cherry's internal thoughts towards her current live-in. It felt like insta-love as there wasn't anything discussed or brought up to indicate why all of the sudden THIS girl is the one Cherry is all hung up over. Hopefully there will be some more back ground and character development in the third one.

Again, there are a lot of different POVs for such a short story so it's hard to review on the story as a whole when there are so many different side stories going on.

I do think the story is well written though, and I always appreciate a lack of editing and spelling errors. I would suggest picking up Kay's books and trying them for yourself.

The World of Cherry 2 by Kay Brandt
This is book two of what is a six-book Sapphic-Erotica series. The stories fit well together and from page to page string the story together. It covers a club where any lesbian thing goes and I am not sure I know how far it goes. The characters mix and match though Cherry/Cherish has her special roommate who is not allowed to play outside of Cherry. Again each chapter is a different room and a different couple or more. It is fun if you are looking for a quick erotic read. The story goes pretty fast.
I am hoping things switch up in book three as the tales would start to get tedious. I would like to see a bit more angst. It doesn’t need to be a lot but enough to flirt with an overactive imagination. Those far most of the sexual situations are tamer than what I had expected but I think book three may light a fire. I will give, book two, three stars.
