Kendira Bonher is sexy, talented, curvy and sassy. She is the perfect catch, any man would want her. Unfortunately that is the problem a certain man in particular wants her, Joe but she doesn’t want him. Fearing for her life Kendria packs up her belongings and sets to escape. Except she doesn’t get very far. She finds herself in a little town called Cottonwood Falls. How backwoods does this town sound? Getting help from resident biker girl Sarah, Kendria finds herself staring at a real live Adonis by the name of Vance. Despite her injuries and desperate situation Vance ignites something in Kendira and its name is pure LUST.
Vance owns his own repair shop. I guess you can say he is a knight in shining armor in this case a pickup truck. He senses that Kendria is hiding something. No stranger to secrets his self he steps in and tries to help her by pretending they are together.
Sometimes make believe turns into reality. After a few touches and heated looks Kendira and Vance develop a very hot and heavy relationship. The sex scenes are off the charts and enough to whet the appetite. Despite trying to keep her past private it all catches up to her. Until she has no choice but to confront her demons.
Because this is a very short read a lot of the relationship is told to the reader and we don’t get to see the development. There were few inconsistences in the story like Kendira’s past. She is presented as down and out with little to nothing but mid-way through we find out differently. I don’t know if this was to add a little suspense to the story or not. The Joe scenario and how it ended could have been a bit more fleshed out. But like I mentioned earlier this is a very short straightforward read. If you are looking for a short, quick, erotic read with a hint of action this is the story for you. Judge this book for yourself and not based on one review.

Sometimes you wanna read something that's fun and uncomplicated and this is it! There are no pretenses to this story. There is no super-developed plot, and there is no message in the narrative. This is a short story about a chick and a dude who meet by chance and the "sparks" fly!
Kendria is on the run from this guy she was sleeping with basically and ends up in the little hamlet of Cottonwood Falls when her car breaks down. Vance is the hunky mechanic who comes to her rescue-literally and figuratively. Their attraction is immediate and intense, and there is no shortage of butt nekkid loving in this short tale.
Again, don't expect a lot of theatrics and backstory here. It's a quickie. There is some glossing over of events like how Kendria and the dude she was running from got hooked up in their drama, but really this story is about Kendria and Vance. I enjoyed it.

Ignited
I so enjoyed this story! The instant attraction between Vance and Kendria was explosive. I loved how neither one of them backed away from the intensity of their attraction.
When Kendria stood up to Joe I w www story cheering her on and applauded when she put him and Johanna in their places.
I recommend this series to anyone and everyone that loves a well written story.

Great read!
I loved this book! The characters were great and the story line was good I will be reading more of the cottonwood falls books. Oh and I loved how u have my name in the book. It’s very hard to find Kendria on anything so thanks for that.

Very Short!
So short, it seemed almost unfinished! But, there is the promise of a marriage and possibly a child or maybe more! Since their attraction was almost instantaneous, falling in love was the natural next step! Anyway, it's a wrap!

So Sweet!
Such a cute little small town romance. Small town boy, big city girl in trouble. There is just enough depth to this short story to hold your interest,
But not bog you down.

Good book
Once again, one of my favorite authors. This book was ok, but it didn't make me want to keep reading Wright through. It was pleasant.

It's a cute story a little underdeveloped with an overly contrived plot, but with an overall satisfying affair. I think a day or two more before the H/H consummate their attraction would have only improved the story and added to the sexual tension. The secondary characters along with the town (which is a character as well) deserved more attention then they were given.

Again with the not so logical plot twists. I just couldn't believe the heroine's problems. The story was too short and a lot happened, without proper explanation.
