I'm an author of paranormal and contemporary romances. Blessed or cursed, depending on my mood and where I'm at on my current WIP, my overactive imagination guides my muse.

A big fan of Firefly and Buffy the Vampire Slayer, I incorporate various weapons in my paranormal romances and use out of this world names just because I can.

This prelude was action packed, but confusing at the same time. It read like you were dumped in the middle of the ocean and expected to find land.
(Is there another series that this is branching off from?)

Too many directions. Fortunately, I've read the two books after this in the series and it does make more sense. Really tangled, but it does. So go ahead.
