What a slump breaker of a book. This was insanely good and one that is going to stick with me for some time. A new to me author and now a completely auto buy. I had the BEST time with this story. Jensen sees Adeline at a game and has to know her, so he makes a bet. If he can bring his team home he gets to take her on a date. But Adeline ain’t so easily caught, with back to back texts and so much tension between them I was dying for her to finally break. And Jensen, a playboy that quickly found the one girl he couldn’t stop thinking about even if she wouldn’t give him the time of day. I love how down bad he is but also giving her space to show him she wanted him back.

They made me laugh so many times and I adored every minute of their story. It was so funny and sweet. While also showing how strong an FMC character can be on her own. I love the dynamic of watching the FMC get her dream career and the MMC following her because she’s his dream and he just wants to watch her love hers. A 10/10. A must I don’t think you’re ready for how much I’ll recommend this one!

4.5 STARS <3

What a ride... this entire series has my whole heart and I was not expecting to love Jensen's story so much as he was not top of mind in the rest of the books. So glad this was such an unexpected surprise and a beautiful conclusion to the series.

Jensen is a gem and I was obsessed with the lengths he went to show Adeline how much he cared. The banter between the 2 was top tier and I loved that she was so driven and dedicated to her love of rugby. I also really loved the relationship Jensen had with his parents (his mother in particular)... showed how much parent's can shape a man.

Overall, the found family in this series was everything. Paired with the underlying feeling that baseball gives me as a sport made this a favorite all time sports romance series for me. I need more people to read these books and fall in love with the Hornets as I did.

After this, I'll read anything Aubrey writes. Thanks for the journey (and making me cry multiple times). <3

This might be the last book in the Hornets Nest series, and I could probably cry myself rich, but it couldn’t get more perfect than this ending with Jensen and Adeline. This story is the perfect bridge for what’s about to come and I’m so pumped!!

A standing ovation (or honestly ovulation) for Jensen, the man that shares first place with Van of my rankings of all the hornets men. That should really be an enough of convincing to go read this right now. Because people who know me, Van is my man.

He’s the character I never knew I needed. For me first, a very solid and funny side character throughout the series until I got to know him really in his book. And let’s say I’m a proud member of lover boy syndrome. I’ve been wooed. I could honestly watch Jensen eat a cheeseburger and say it was the hottest thing I’ve ever seen. Yeah, you’re about to get down that hard.
If people ain’t swooning from just the presence of him there’s something wrong with the world.
He’s full of charm, a preacher of affection and loves as if he was born to do that. Which he definitely does with Adeline. Boy stand by his word of not being a quitter and his obsession to win Adeline is something you must witness. He’s ready to catch his dream ✨

I was so excited to meet Adeline. A heads up for the rugby series, and the girlhood in Honey Undone is chaotic in the perfect way! I’m loving the good energy it brings. The Hillcats Rugby Team are actual life.
And of course, Addy is a baddie. Their constant teasing and her letting Jensen having a sweat for her is so entertaining. Their relationship is so flirty and passionate, but it’s also filled with humor and I find so much peace in that with how much of a perfect fit they are.

One word: SMASH.

The MMC, Jensen has always just been in the background for me throughout the series but the fact that his book is the last, just felt so right to the Hornets.

This man is the breakout star of the century for me bc I truly did not anticipate how much I would fall in love with him. The tattoos, the muscle, the charm…YALL DAT A$$!! It was all just *chefs kiss*. He quickly wiggled his way into the top 2 hornets spot on my list and I stand by this rating (my Josh bb will always be #1). From f*ckboy to loverboy, Jensen was everything. His obsession with Addy was genuinely endearing. He literally would not quit until she gave him the time of day.

Also I really enjoyed getting to know the FMC, Adeline Sarah. She was insanely smart and crazy talented at Rugby. An all around bada$$ babe. And a moment for the Hillcats Rugby Team - I want to be them when I grow up. There’s one character in this book, Kaia, that will have you literally cackling so much with all her unhinged one liners and commentary. I need more of her ASAP 🤣

I’d also like to take a moment to discuss the insane “above average” (IYKYK) sexual chemistry between Jensen and Addy. I think this is probably the spiciest book in the series and I was here for every moment. Literally at some points I think I drooled on myself without realizing and one scene had me needing to stare at the wall for about 10 min to absorb what I had just read 🤣 Aubrey just has a way with her works that sucks me right into the story.

Everything about the 5th Hornets book was so fun, flirty, unhinged in the best way and just so many iconic found family moments. It was everything I could have wanted out of the final book in the series.

I still can’t believe I just finished the last book of the Hornets Nest series. It feels surreal but I’m also just so satisfied about it. Aubrey did a beautiful job giving each character their time to shine throughout the series that I truly feel a part of the family. This series changed my life and brought so many cool ppl into it so I’ll forever be grateful to her for that. Thank you Aubrey for the eARC! I can’t wait to see what’s next ❤️‍🔥 two fingers to the chest 🐝

The book we didn’t know we needed but god did we need it. Aubrey’s surprise books are always the best ones. This is tied for my favourite hornets book.

This is the perfect book to segue into the Hillcats series, Adeline helped introduce us to the new girls who are about to ruin us. Believe me when I tell you that you don’t wanna miss the next series, it’s the best yet 👀 *cough cough* Rhea Drake *cough cough*
Rhea giving out red flags I love her so fucking much. She’s the light of my whole life.

Baddy Addy and Jenny from the block were an absolute dream. I loved them from the first chapter.

It’s always the quiet ones who are the best, Jensen proved that theory quickly. Adeline has the most beautiful soul.

It’s the end of the Hornets but it’s just the start of Harbor and I’m so excited for the journey to come. Two steps at a time 🐝

This series is honestly everything and more.

🍯 True Honey 🧡

“Better?” “Better.” 🧡

Silas needs to settle down to keep the families fortune, and Drew is a single mum trying to make ends meet. She may have just lost her job and she doesn’t have anywhere to live… until Silas offers a place with a ‘roommate’ — that roommate is, surprise surprise, Silas himself 🤪💕

🐝 Honey Undone 💛

“It’s like the sunshine makes him prettier.” 🩵

Jensen is the hornets secret weapon. Adeline is the star winger of the rugby team. Adeline goes to work as an app developer and spends the rest of her time on the pitch.

This was the sweetest end to the series. I still cannot believe Aubrey graced us with an additional, surprise book. I definitely let out a squeal when both arc’s landed on my kindle! ❤️‍🔥

Immediate auto-buy author now.
Bought my physical book trophies and now, I’m not a re-reader, but I think I need to! I neeeed to annotate them!!!! ❤️‍🔥

Both 5 ⭐️ 10/10. Highly recommend.

If you’re a BOT girlie, this series is for you. 🤍

Wow, I am most definitely not ready to say goodbye to this series. I’m going to be emotionally unavailable for the foreseeable future or at least until my queen Aubrey blesses me with a new book series to obsess over.
I don’t even know where to start. I truly felt every single emotion reading this last book. The texts? The banter? Everything about Jensen and Adeline had me giggling and kicking my feet.
In most romances I am yapping in my reviews about how much I loved the romantic interests but can we take a second to focus on how incredible Adeline’s friend group is?? HELLO KAIA?!? I LOVE YOU DIVA I swear I was laughing every time she was on the page. The way that she banters with everyone she interacts with, I am in love with her.
Adeline is such a badass she is so strong and confident I don’t know if I want her, or if I want to BE her?
Jensen has always been kind of mysterious throughout the last four books and I absolutely adored getting to be in his mind and fall in love with his character. In the scenes with his mum, I absolutely fell in love with her!! She might be the coolest gal ever. Aubrey has a way of making me fall in love with every character she creates and I’m not mad about it.
I will be reading every single thing this beautiful woman writes over and over because I can not get enough. Thank you so so much for allowing me to become an ARC reader and inviting me not only into the fictional hornets family but inviting me into your ARC readers fan club. I swear everyone in there are the most hilarious people I’ve ever met and I’ve loved reading these past books alongside everyone else. Forever grateful for this book community ❤️‍🩹

Jensen. "Jenny" Kai.

Addy. Adeline. Baby.

Jensen our resident catcher has finally met his match in Adeline. She gives as good as she gets and Jensen is DOWN BAD FOLKS. Jensen is the man who writes his number on a jersey only to want it back to use it on you.

Adeline is head strong, smart, and beautiful. Everything Jenson doesn't believe he deserves, but baby you do. Jensen is more than his last name. He is a member of "The Nest" as well as a momma's boy and a man who worships his woman.

Adeline is going to push Jensen to not only be a better man but allow the soft parts of her melt into the hard plains of him. These two are peanut butter and toast. Melting into one as they slowly fall in love. We got a front seat to their devotion and this is the perfect ending to this series.

To what's next? I'm not sure but what I do know is Aubrey, you created a place where everyone felt safe, reader included.

It is truly the end of an era! Thank you Aubrey for introducing us to these Hornets! Honey Undone did not disappoint! We were able to follow along with M. Jensen, the Hornets’ catcher! It was so great to see these characters throughout each others’ stories! We also got to meet some brand new characters, the HillCats, a female rugby team that takes no prisoners! Cannot wait to see what these girls get into in the next series! Than you Aubrey again for introducing us to the family that always takes two steps at a time. 🤍🐝

“i was wrapped around her little finger and she knew it.”

i cried real tears while reading this book. i kept trying to remind myself that the end of an era does not mean it’s the end of the hornets, because they will always have a very special place in my heart.

this is genuinely one of my favourite freaking books ever, and i need everyone to read it immediately.

i have so much to say about addy and jensen, yet nothing feels right for this review. they were so freaking perfect together that it’s quite literally impossible to put into words. their banter, their push and pull, their flirting, their everything had me hooked from the very beginning. one thing i appreciate about addy is that she didn’t outwardly fold for jensen immediately, even if she did melt a little on the inside without saying it out loud. she made him work for her, and that was one of the best things about her character. jensen was down bad from the beginning, which was incredibly sexy of him, and the way they interacted so seamlessly and naturally was to die for.

they both brought out the best in each other, and seeing their relationship go from a sort of harmless flirting to an all in type of situation had me giggling and kicking my feet the entire time. i will absolutely be rereading this book because, and i mean this wholeheartedly, i haven’t been able to stop thinking about them since i finished.

as always, thank you (to the moon and back) to aubrey for the arc <3

I have no doubt you’ll fall in love with this book 1 page in. Things I absolutely LOVED in Honey Undone and which made me obsessed with the book:
- The girls. The girls are SO MUCH FUN!! I love every single one of them, and it definitely feels like girlhood.
- Jensen. Jensen is handsome, cute, soft, hot - he’s pretty much the perfect book boyfriend and there’s no way you will NOT fall in love with him.
- The writing. It’s easy, it’s fun. It’s like watching a movie in your head.

You should definitely read it because there’s no way you want to miss out on all of it.

This book broke me open — and somehow put me back together at the same time.

Honey Undone isn’t just the end of a series. It’s the exhale after holding your breath for years. It’s the culmination of love, growth, chaos, and found family that has lived in my bones for a long time now. The sobs that came out of me were the kind that leave you exhausted and grateful all at once.

This is a right person, right time love story in the most earned way possible. Not rushed. Not forced. Just… inevitable. Watching these two finally meet each other where they are — not who they used to be — feels like witnessing something sacred.

The dynamic is electric. Fuckboy x brat should feel chaotic (and it is), but there’s also so much tenderness underneath the banter, the bravado, and the sharp edges. The baseball player swagger, the rugby player energy, the flirty power plays — it’s all there — but what makes it hit is the emotional honesty threaded through every interaction.

The text threads are perfection. Intimate, funny, vulnerable — the kind that make you feel like you’re peeking into something real. The chemistry lives just as much in words as it does in touch, and when the physical moments land — a hand on a thigh, a reckless choice, a risky bet — they feel electric because of everything that came before.

And that first date tattoo? Unhinged. Perfect. Exactly right for these characters and exactly the kind of choice that tells you everything you need to know about how deeply they’re all in.

What makes Honey Undone so devastatingly beautiful is that it doesn’t just end a romance — it closes a chapter on a family. A world. A place that has held so many versions of love. Saying goodbye hurt, but it also felt complete. Like the story knew exactly when to stop.

I finished this book wrecked, full, and deeply thankful. For the mess. For the love. For the reminder that sometimes the best stories don’t save you — they undo you, and trust you to rebuild stronger.

What you’ll find inside:
right person, right time
fuckboy x brat energy
baseball player MMC
rugby player presence
iconic text threads
thigh grabbing that means something
one risky bet
first date tattoos
an ending that will absolutely ruin you

This series will live with me forever. And Honey Undone was the only ending it could have had. 🍯💔✨

One more time. The final championship season. And the last chance to live it up before everyone leaves the nest.

Malachai Jensen has graduated, but is taking a class or two to keep his spot as catcher on the baseball team and see them through one final playoff run. The team is his home after all. A chance encounter with Harbor's star rugby player has him breaking rules mid-game just to talk to her. Adeline Sarah is an exceedingly talented rugby player with a real shot at going pro. An afterthought to her family, she has found a place among her teammates and doesn't seek out more than work, rugby, and down time with her girls. When the devastatingly handsome catcher with a playboy reputation gives over his jersey with his phone number, she plays hard to get. After weeks of flirting, they eventually go on a date. The two connect faster than they imagined possible and have an undeniable chemistry. But Adeline has a future outside of Harbor. Can a fling actually mean forever?

This was both a seductive and emotional conclusion to the series. Jensen is so much more than his reputation, and the ways that he shows his devotion to Addy prove that to be loved is to be known. Addy is fiercely competitive and steadfast about making her dreams a reality. The flirtation and tension between Addy and Jensen is searing hot but also coupled with absolutely endearing moments where they show just how deeply they care for each other. The girls on the rugby team are feisty and feral, but just as much family as the Hornets. They are literally willing to put their bodies on the line for one another and are loyal to the end. They give Addy the family she never really had, and their friendship is one that you would be lucky to have.

The Hornets' storylines are wrapped up with a satisfying conclusion that provides levity, joy, and sadness as the team transitions to their lives after college. This series has come to mean so much because it portrays the struggles and triumphs of life, and the support of found family who authentically and unconditionally love no matter what.

Firstly thank you to the wonderful Aubrey for the opportunity to read her book Honey Undone which is the fifth and final book in The Hornets Nest series. From the moment I started this series a year ago I become obsessed with Aubreys writing and now her first debut series is coming to an end, I have A lot of mixed emotions. This one was fabulous and a great ending to the series.

Honey Undone follows Adeline and Jensen. This is A man down bad for a girl. Age old story boy sees girl across the room and instantly must know more about her. But the catch is the girl isn't easily won over and boy must work for it. Will boy win a date? Stay tuned to find out...

These two have fabulous chemistry and a connection like no other, there's tension, great banter, that fabulous found family vibe, a playboy who met his match, its steamy and the spice is 🥵🥵 you may even find yourself needing a cold shower 🤭

Guys, I highly recommend this book, along with the whole series. Aubrey, girl you smashed it. What an ending to this wonder series. But I'm still an Arlo girl but Jensen is a very close second 🤭

First off i would like to thank Aubrey for the opportunity to read & review this gifted E-Arc.

Adeline & Jensen
This book was everything i didn't know i was missing. I adore them so much and wanted this to be even longer! Im absolutely so freaking excited that this was the last book (Also very sad 😭) it was perfect. I just freaking love Adeline so much & watching her fight so hard to be seen and understood while working to make her dream of playing professional rugby come true was beautiful to see. Jensen my dude! He is the definition of a loverboy with a fuckboy persona. That man fought to find his home and wasn't afraid to work hard at what he wanted. I absolutely lobed that he was down bad for Adeline the moment he laid eyes on her & never hesitated to let her know he sees her for who she was. I loved watching Adeline fall in love with Jensen while still making he work for it and earn it. These two was destined to be together.

5/5 Recommend this book. This is how you end a Era! This is the last book in the series and was so freaking beautiful and the best way to end a series. Aubrey just out here putting so much soul into ever book that you never want them to end but can't wait for what she does next. GO READ THIS SERIES YOU WON'T REGRET IT!!

Jensen had me weak in the knees, a puddle on the floor, & had me staring at the wall for a solid 20 mins. Now Adeline Sarah was THAT GIRL. i absolutely adored her. She’s so smart & talented when it comes to rugby. She’s so passionate with her career, knows exactly what she wants and has worked her ass off to make it. I loved watching Adeline work so hard to be seen & understood while also falling in love with Jensen (and making him work for it ahahha) 😚 They are both absolutely meant to be and so perfect for each other 🫶🏻 the found family is absolutely beautiful, they had me giggling, screaming & crying all at the same time (two fingers to the chest 🥹) i really really love this story & can’t wait to go back & read the first 3 books. ⚾️🫶🏻

The end of an era! Aubrey has made this series unforgettable and each book just gets better and better. I can’t believe we are saying farewell to the Hornets I know it’s not a total goodbye but to not be at the Nest or on the field with them is bitter sweet. The Hornets have a special place in my heart the hilarious and heart warming moments through out this series are some of the best.

Jensen and Adeline was a beautiful love story and great cross over into the rugby series. Jensen and Adeline where so funny there banter made me laugh out loud. The romantic and spice was top notch as always and I loved that both of them were in love with their craft. Baseball and Rugby weren’t just a sport to them but a love and life line and the family and teammates that came with that made for hilarious and heartwarming moments.

Aubrey does sports romance like no other she doesn’t just write story’s she creates families and that is what the Hornets are family. If you have not started this series you are truly missing out! It has sport, it has spice, you will cry, you will laugh your ass off and in the end you will probably learn a life lesson because I sure did from reading this series. 10/10 recommend 2 finger taps on the heart 😭

ARC REVIEW

4.75 stars ⭑𓂃

“I had found another place to store my soul, staring up at her in the moonlight. I knew she was it. Adeline was where I felt at home.”

Honey Undone was the last trip to the Nest, and it feels so bittersweet to say goodbye to these characters and their stories. Honestly, I couldn’t think of a more perfect book to end the series with. I loved it so much and I was giggling and blushing the entire time. Jensen and Adeline? Absolute perfection. Their banter, the teasing, the chemistry… chef’s kiss.

Adeline is such a strong, insanely smart, and funny character, so grounded in her sport, I loved her dynamic and relationship with the Hillcats and hope we can see more of them. And then there’s Jensen, the former playboy who turned into the most smitten lover boy. That man had me weak at the knees, and I couldn’t get enough of him.

The Hornets will always hold a special place in my heart. This series has truly become one of my comforts, and Honey Undone was the sweetest way to wrap it all up.

Is out NOW!

Thank you Aubrey for the ARC, can’t wait to see what’s next! ♡

Jensen and Adeline’s story is honestly the perfect way to wrap up the Hornets Nest series. Jensen—the charming, flirty catcher—completely stole my heart. Between his tattoos, muscles, and total devotion to Adeline, I loved watching him go from career fuckboy to completely hopeless loverboy. The way he chased her, never giving up until he had her full attention? Absolutely swoon-worthy.
Adeline is such a badass heroine—smart, driven, and unstoppable on the rugby field. I loved seeing her juggle her passion for the sport, her career, and her friends. And the side characters—Kaia in particular—had me laughing out loud so many times.
And the chemistry between Jensen and Adeline? Off the charts. But it’s not just the heat—this story has heart, humor, and that amazing found-family vibe that makes the Hornets Nest series feel like home.
Aubrey wrapped up the series so beautifully. I laughed, swooned, and cried all in one go, and I’m just so grateful for this journey. If you haven’t read the Hornets Nest series yet… seriously, what are you waiting for? You won’t regret it.

Jensen and Addy aka Sarah Adeline are a playfully pairing. This is a couple where she is older the him. Jensen and Addy are a fun and unsuspected pairing among all the others from the series. They flirt and banter with each other just for the fun of it. The plot like the rest if the series is deep with serious moments and important things which Jensen and Addy learn about one another. Author Aubrey Taylor writes fresh and fun very different characters that one can route for hea story after story Honey undone is no different. I highly recommend reading Honey Undone by Aubrey Taylor the character development is exceptional and the plot is rich with creative storyline build up through the novel. Addy in a sense plays harder to get as Jensen slowly show interest in her. Tropes for Honey undone are baseball player x female rugby player, found family starts with a bet, baseball romance, playboy x career driven, a gym couple, one bed and resourceful with a jersey, sports romance. My favorite tropes from this book were one bed, and started with a bet. The bet was between Addy and Jensen so this wasn’t behind the FMCs back. In a way as a reader it felt like Jensen fell first where the romance was concerned. While it’s not the main character LGBTQA+ characters are present as secondary character Dean, Cael and Josh.

Every book in this series has just been banger after banger, and Honey Undone was 100% the book we didn’t know we needed but are so grateful for because it was the perfect way to round the series and make way for these new rugby girls coming through 😍

You cannot help but adore Jensen and Adeline, from their first sighting of one another to their kiss on the very last page, they hold you in their grasp and you can’t get enough of them. Their fun banter, their push and pull, the way they bring out the best in each other and how incredibly seen Jensen makes her feel, will have you absolutely melting, swooning, kicking your feet and having the best time.

I am forever obsessed with this family Aubrey has created in the Hornets Nest, they’re some of my favourite characters to ever be written. They’re fun, chaotic and everyone is truly deeply there for one another.
It is very bitter sweet this series coming to an end but I have faith that Aubrey will be bringing more magic for us to love and I can’t wait to read all about it 💙

4.25/5🐝❤️‍🩹 I’m actually so sad that the hornets nest series is over now💔 I literally love them all so much and I always will. This beautiful story about Jensen and Adeline was so good and lovely. I absolutely love how they started talking. they made me giggle so much at times just from the banter and their funny jokes. Jensen is so amazing and thoughtful. Adeline is such a girl boss and I’m so glad that she realized she can have rugby but also somebody to love. their chemistry was so good and it really made me love them so much. The amount of times that they literally knew what each other needed was so beautiful and really showed their love for each other. I will forever love the hornets nest because they literally feel like my family. this series also brought so many people into my life because of the street team which I’m so grateful for. Thank you so much Aubrey for allowing me to read this arc.

*Thank you to Aubrey for providing me with an ARC for an honest review!

I will never forget the shock of being surprised with this final book of this exquisite series. It made sense though. How could we not get Jensen's story? This was such a beautiful way to say goodbye to one of the most meaningful series I've been lucky to be a part of.

Jensen is everything you could ever want. The playboy turned to absolute mush for a woman. He is to die for. The way he treats Adeline is to die for. The way he talks to her and is so patient with he. We were treated to quite the hidden gem with Jensen. Adeline was the perfect match for him. She is a badass independent queen. I loved everything about her. She had such a beautiful friendship with her rugby teammates and you just want nothing but to be like her. The chemistry and steam between her and Jensen was so frickin hot!!!

I was obsessed with every moment of Adeline making Jensen work for her love and attention. The emotions this book brought me were overwhelming. I always hate saying goodbye to a series but this one feels harder. It feels like saying goodbye to a family member. It is truly a crime if you have not read this series yet!

Are you tired of me speaking about this series ? Well too bad because I’m not gonna stop ❤️‍🔥

How do I say goodbye to these wonderful characters ? I have been in a reading slump since finishing this series, my heart feels so sad to say goodbye to these characters, I have love each and every one of these characters so much I don’t even know how to describe it. 🐝

This series is definitely one of the most emotional and loving ones I have read this year, there’s so much more to say about this series but I’m just so emotional about this era ending I just don’t know how to express all these feelings haha 💛

Honey Undone has been the perfect ending to this chapter. I will definitely buy each physical copy of these books because they deserve a special place on my shelves ❤️‍🔥

What an incredible surprise! Not any point during this series did I think we would get a Jensen book, but I am SO glad we did! He was such an underrated character up until he finally got his moment and he turned out to be more than I could have even imagined. He's such a golden retriever, down bad, dirty mouthed MMC who pairs perfectly with his sarcastic, fierce FMC. Adeline really knows how to work his nerves and keep him exactly where she wants him. She's a super headstrong, resilient FMC who really brought the personality and banter to this relationship. I don't think there will ever be a time where I am ready to say goodbye to the Hornets family, but I am beyond excited to see what's next for the Hillcats!

A surprise ending to the Hornet’s Nest series with an insta love between Jensen and Addy. Hornets happiness all around which makes me so happy, but sad, but excited for what’s to come. I think that last sentence is literally how I feel about every Hornets book, but especially this one.
I didn’t know how much I loved Jensen until this book- I had heard people screaming about him and I hate to say I didn’t get the hype till now… but I’m on the Jensen love train now so don’t worry!
If you thought I struggled to write the last review, I’m especially struggling with this one.
Thank you to Aubrey for sending me an eARC extra early, ily queen (taps two fingers on my heart).

THE PINNING IN THIS BOOK OMG. ✨MANIFESTING A JENSEN IN MY LIFE✨. Haven’t read a MF book in a long while and I was surprised how much I loved this book from the start. Loved that Adeline was not made to be a poor thing that needed help or a man to ‘save her’. Also I liked how the focus was on their relationship and also how they got with each other’s friends group and the smut was not the principal focus. It was hot, but I liked to see the emotional connection taking the first place. I adored both their characters but Jensen had my heart. His perseverence and desire to be there for Adeline is amazing. Also the small things he did for her showed that loving someone does not need to include grand gestures, but small important ones like preparing her a bubble bath when she was sick ; getting to know her friends ; getting her small presents just because he thought of her ; supporting her dream of continuing to be an athlete etc. At the start of the book when both of them were obviously attracted to each other, I was wondering if I won’t get bored through so many pages with no big drama incoming, but I did not and I loved every minute of this book.

Honey Undone

So I went into this book not knowing who it was about. I was not expecting it to be Jensen, but I'm glad it was. Jensen didn't know what hit him when he met Addy. I love how the story went from fun and easy to deeper feelings and some life changes. Adeline was scared because she was always the afterthought but Jensen showed her that she was his only thought, his only want.
This series was good, a solid 4⭐ for all 5 books. There is a lot of chaos, laughter, heartache, drama, pain but most importantly love for everyone in the Hornets family especially everyone in the Nest.

I really enjoyed this one. I loved that Adeline’s sport was such a strong focus. She was confident, competitive, a little masculine and completely unapologetic about who she was. It felt empowering to read a heroine who didn’t need softening to be lovable.
The slow burn was done so well, and I honestly appreciated the lack of dramatic conflict. Sometimes a story doesn’t need chaos to be a good read, and this one proves that. The plot flowed beautifully, and I love how all the characters have stayed consistent throughout the series, each with their own depth and story. It just feels like coming home every time.

I WAS TOTALLY UNPREPARED FOR THIS.
literally, we were all unprepared but YOU BADASS AUBREY FOR DOING TWO RELEASES!!!!

Jensen. My little otter sleeper agent. The world needs more of you. You’re the definition of lover boy, to Addy especially, but that heart of yours is so damn big for your friends and family as well. Thank you for being you.

Addy. DAMN. You’re that girl 👏🏼 I want to be on the outside of your friend group just so I can learn a thing or two about confidence and girlhood. Thank you for bridging the way into the next series and sharing your friends with us
