Chloe is eager to unwind and bask in the sun, but before she can indulge in relaxation, the lifeless body of Elliot Grayson is retrieved from the sea, bearing a stab wound. It appears that Elliot didn’t accidentally fall overboard.

Vacation Splashed with Murder Book Review by Daisy Belle
A holiday, what could go wrong?
“Rolling hills, pastel houses, flower boxes dripping with geraniums, and an ocean so blue it looked unreal.” I love the descriptions in this book. The writer Daisy goes to such lengths to describe places that you feel like you are there. She paints a place of relaxation and colour. That is of course until a murder happens.
Stuck on a boat with a murderer. This scene is so well written it's intense, sudden and gives you shivers running down your back.
The guest list isn't the only thing that has gone missing. Can they find the killer before it finds them?
A mysterious envelope.
I love a bit of romance in a mystery. Not only does it add to the story but it gives us a sense of connection in the midst of the murder.
“The closer we got, the more dangerous it would become.” The foreshadowing in this book is so intense yet brilliant. What could come next?
A break in, lies and a stakeout. So much is happening in this book.
Shout out to Peanut the cutest, cleverest investigator dog ever.
The ending, a wedding you'll never forget. Well worth the read. Kept me guessing throughout. A tangled web of clues and secrets. Is anyone safe? Such an unexpected ending.

Another fantastic Chloe and her very smart, pup, Peanut book that hooks you from the beginning. Rosie,, Chloe's best friend decided it was time for a relaxing break and she invites, Chloe and Aiden and her boyfriend, Daniel to go on a yacht and have a beach vacation! Chloe is excited to take a break and relax, but that was not to be. Businessman, Elliot Grayson is fished out of the water stabbed to death. He wasn't a very likeable person and of course, Chloe, Peanut, Rosie, Daniel and Aiden decide to investigate. With so many twists and turns and a missing kitchen helper, they have their hands full with since there were so many potential suspects. Can they find a murderer? Can Peanut uncover some important clues? Will the investigation get too close to catching a murderer who doesn't want to be discovered? Is Chloe in danger? This is a fast paced read that puts you on a roller coaster trying to guess who the murderer is. I totally recommend this book and the series and I can't wait to see what the gang get into next! I received an ARC of this book but the opinions expressed here are strictly my own.

I received this book for the purpose of a fair and honest review.
Overview: Chloe Lane is heading out of town with Peanut, Rosie, Aiden, and Daniel. Rosie has been chosen for a dessert photo shoot, and as a part of it, the sponsors have a cruise for her and a few friends. Too bad that Elliot Grayson is killed and tossed overboard during said cruise. Who would want Elliot dead? And will Chloe and the crew solve this case? Let's find out.
Dislikes: Elliot Grayson was a greedy man. I don't think that he ever knew how much he had completely isolated himself from society or human decency. No one could trust him with anything without it biting them in the pocket book.
Likes: The official police investigating the case were accepting of any help that they could get. And they didn't care how it came to them.
Peanut tried to warn his friends. They listened, too bad that he had a few problems with that part of the plan.
And remind me to never get on Dani's bad side. She is scary with her computer skills.
Conclusion: This was a fun read. Pick it up if you want a fast cozy mystery. Enjoy the read.

I want to start by saying I received an ARC of this book. This is a cozy mystery book and part of A Chloe Lane Cozy Mystery Series. The main character is of course Chloe as well as her dog Peanut and her friends Aiden, Rosie, and Daniel. Rosie wins a trip so all of them go on a vacation together. While they are at a party on a yacht a man ends up dead. Will they find out who killed him and why? When they realise how many suspects they have what will they do? How will they narrow it down to find the person who did it? This is probably my favorite book in this series so far. I love how it kept me guessing. Every time I thought I knew who did it I was proved wrong. I loved how they actually worked with the cops instead of sneaking around all of the time. I loved seeing romance between Chloe and Aiden finally. I love Rosie and Daniel together. Peanut was amazing in this book as he is such a smart dog. This author makes all of her characters so likable which I love. I can’t wait to see what happens next.

When Chloe’s best friend, Rosie wins a baking contest, she also wins a vacation and of course, she brings Chloe and Peanut with her, along with her boyfriend Daniel and Aiden as well. Of course, there’s the murder of a person everyone hates and big shock, Chloe decides she has to solve it, along with her friends. I really do enjoy these stories. They’re easy to read and everyone is a suspect in the beginning and we get to watch as Chloe narrows down the list. The characters are all engaging and the plots are good too. As a way to escape reality for a while, there’s nothing better than reading a good book and anything by Daisy Belle definitely fits that description!

When Chloe’s friend Rosie wins a coastal getaway vacation from a contest she entered the two of them along with Chloe’s dog peanut, friends Daniel and Aiden head for a fun filled vacation in Seabreeze Cove. The vacation included a cruise aboard a luxury yacht full of rich and famous people, when one of those people is stabbed and thrown overboard their vacation turns into a murder mystery to solve. The murdered man seemed to be involved in fraud, corporate bullying and con jobs and was not well liked. He made a lot of enemies which turned into a long list of suspects. Chloe and the gang have their work cut out for them. This is an excellent Cozy Mystery and one you won’t want to miss!

This is a delightful cozy mystery with a lovable dog named Peanut. I really enjoyed everything from the plot to the characters. I enjoyed the enthusiasm the characters had for solving the crime. It made me excited to go along with them to investigate!
The dog was a highlight for me as well. I really liked that he was portrayed as smart and an integral part of solving the mystery.
I have not read the other books in the series but I feel like this can stand alone and I didn't feel lost at all. This is an excellent quick read with likable characters and a fun mystery to solve. I'm newer to the cozy mystery world but this is one of my favorites. I'm definitely looking forward to reading more books in the series and seeing more of Peanut!

Instead they end up with the body of a very dislikable businessman being pulled from the ocean with a knife wound. Many aboard the yacht had reason to hate Elliot Grayson, from the captain to the lowest crew member and most of the guests. The killer has to be one of the people on the ship, but with so many suspects and many acting suspiciously it will take all of their efforts to discover the killer.

Rosie won a prize, a cruise. Luckily it covered her friends as well. So, Chloe with her dog, Peanut, Aiden & Daniel go off to Seabreeze Cove to enjoy a luxurious few days. On the cruise an obnoxious man gets himself murdered! All who knew him, loathed him, so plenty of suspects. Because the local police are just two officers Daniel gets asked to help them out. Rosie gets lots of attention & glamorous photos for the cooking magazine she won the prize with. One of the servers hides away, but, when the team eventually find her, it all becomes clear & the mystery is solved.

Another excellant written book by Daisy Belle. Chloe, Aiden, Rosie and Daniel get involved in another
murder investigation. Because the murder is of a millionaire on the yacht that they were on and there is not alot of police in the small coast town so they ask Daniel for his help as he is a police officer from their home town. There are lots of twist and turns regarding this murder as well as lots of suspects. If you enjoy lots of twist and turns this the book for you. As I was unable to put it down until I finished it.

Rosie had won a trip to Maine with one of her culinary contests and takes the whole gang with her. Chloe, Aiden, and Daniel all end up on a luxury yacht when a murder occurs. Of course the group have to get involved as that is their group hobby. This time it's with the very creme de la creme of society and then find out that living their normal lives is the best.

What a crazy cruise dinner! The last book had teased at an upcoming vacation and this definitely was’t a disappointment. There was plenty of the usual Chloe, Rosie, Daniel and Aiden sleuthing together. And after a murder on the yacht, the local police even included Daniel in their investigation.
Peanut, the bestest boy ever helped in a huge way at the end, what a good pup! Chloe and Aiden were finally getting closer, and Chloe got a fun literary surprise at the end.

I really enjoy these short mysteries. They don't feel like they are missing out on anything by the length. The couples are really cute and the dog acts like a dog and not just a plot device. This one being on a yacht was really nice.

A big splash with an even bigger murder.
Another great book from Daisy Belle. Chloe, Aiden, Rosie, Daniel, and last but not least Peanut land on a murder that had too many suspects and too much problem solving for the vacation they are supposed to be on. But they do what needs to be done and with a big splash they solve the murder and answer the mysterious questions. Definitely worth a read!

Chloe, Rosie, the guys, and Peanut, Chloe's dog, head off for a lovely vacation. Unfortunately, in the midst of it, there is a murder and they spring into action to solve the murder.
This was an enjoyable read that I would recommend. I haven't read other Chloe Lane books and had no trouble reading this one. I received a free advance copy and this is my honest review.

What else would you do on a vacation but try to solve the murder of another on of the guests? A fun book. Rosie and Chloe team up with Peanut tagging along and try to get to the bottom of things without ending up at the bottom of the ocean.

Chloe is not good at staying out of trouble. Who would have dreamed that your best friend winning a cruise would lead to investigating a murder. The author has once again brought us a murder mystery that is hard to put down. I really enjoyed the romance, humor and mystery in the book.

Another great mystery for Chloe (and Peanut) to solve. This time Rosie has won a culinary competition and part of the prize is to go on a photoshoot and a cruise but best of all Chloe, Aiden and Daniel can go too. Unfortunately a very disliked man is stabbed and thrown overboard, then a waitress goes missing. Can Chloe and crew solve the case before one of them becomes the next victim. It's well written, characters are good and there's plenty to keep you guessing, loved it.
