"Joyful Creating" is an uplifting and inspiring book that instills hope for anyone experiencing burnout. Author Kate Tremills masterfully encourages readers to take a creative leap of faith toward their dreams.
As a mental health therapist, I witnessed firsthand how her concepts of "joy dates" serve as an intervention not only for burnout, but also for depression. Regularly setting aside time to engage in activities that spark joy is a form of self-care we need to overcome life's hardships.
"Joyful Creating" provides the invitation we need to reclaim our time and prioritize our own well-being, empowering us to integrate our personal happiness with our professional endeavors. Through its pages, we find the permission to reconnect with our passions and discover the creativity within ourselves.
