"Heat Seeker: Exposed", the latest in the "Gun Honey" series continues the raucous, explosive and very NSFW action oriented story telling this series has become known for. Expect the same cleavage and carnage that typifies these books along with a good deal of added character development and a new focus on found family. Additionally, this book lavishes a good deal of much wanted attention on Evie, the cold as ice platinum blonde assassin / slash 10th level nerdette.

This series has always been incredibly over the top with women stripping naked all the time for no reason and there's still that. But it may have finally jumped the shark with this one. The plot is half baked and doesn't make much sense. There are lots of leaps of logic. This journalist who is willing to burn everything to the ground to get her clicks is just stupid. It may be time to give this series a break for a bit and come up with a more coherent plot in the future.
