I appreciated that this book contained a variety of stretches that I have not seen before in other books.

This book was amazing it helped relieve my stress especially when i was sitting by the computer for hours on end trying to get all my exam work done a really amazing book really helped ease the tension in my body.

Written by doctor of physical therapy with over 25 years of experience so I feel safe in doing the stretching exercises. Photos ensure you get the movements right.
