More of a book about leadership with a lean touch to it. The concepts are simple, and Brian ties them to real life examples and experiences. Chapter 3, LISTEN more, talk LESS, framed listening in a new way for me that I better respect today.

"When someone speaks to you, they are not only sharing information. They are testing whether it is safe to speak again."

There is a lot to unpack in this book. Whether you are currently a people leader, an influential leader, or aspire to be, this book is a must-read.
