Evie
For the first time, I was free. To do what I wanted, when I wanted. Free…to go outside and experience the world.
Live my life.
Pretend I wasn’t broken.
But pretending only got me so far. It can’t fix those hidden, shattered pieces caused from two decades of being locked away from society.
And then I met Chance.
I thought—hoped—he would be the one to heal all my broken pieces.
Turned out, the only one who could heal me was…me.

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 FANTASTIC 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I was surprised at some of the twist and turns That were unexpected but in the end really pulled the storyline together I wasn't sure that Rory was going to be able to redeem herself but I am happy with the That were unexpected but in the end really pulled the storyline together I wasn't sure that Rory was going to be able to redeem herself but I am happy with the peaceful coexistency her and Evie have now at the end But I think my favorite part of this book was when Evie found a new purpose in life working But I think my favorite part of this book was when Evie found a new purpose in life working at sanctuary and her side project with Wong by doing both I think she found a new meaning And life and she was able to discover who she was and what she was meant to do with herself I think that is a big part of what helped to heal her I am very much in Love with this story And I cannot recommend it enough this This was a fantastic edition to the angels halo next gen series

Rory sure did it again. Do. Not. Like. Her. The resolution with her was a little unrealistic but whatever.
Chance was a big dummy when it came to her, even when he was fully aware of her manipulations. I just felt bad for him most of the book.
The 3.5 stars are really because I felt there were no real in-depth conversations between him and Evie. I mean, she had serious baggage, and yes, she got helped while talking to her shrink, but there really should have been convos between the couple. That really would have made their connection deeper.

I’m so glad we get to seen how chance and evie got to get through her panic and insecurities. Abby and Sammy always make me laugh and smile at their girl code your mine so I protect you pact. I still don’t like Rory and this book soltifide that hopefully her and evie get common ground and it was not written but I’m glad we got to get a hint of Raven and Rory taking care of the neighbor like the badass women they are. This ever growing series always makes me smile.

His peaches

Chance was determined to get Evie to understand how much she changed him in the short time he knew her. To see her learn how to be confident and strong because of him was amazing. He showed her that she was worthy of not only his love but the love of all those around her! I loved this book!!

Loved It

Loved it, I hate when these books end, this one really tugged at my heart strings and I love what happens in the end and how the twins are living now that their dad is dead.

So much better than the last book.
I get it, the story was in this one but maybe it would have been nice to read about some birthdays? That way it would have made the last book longer and this book more

Great

The only thing I can say is that it was to short. All.Terri Ann Browning books are amazing but her last 3 seem too short. I want to keep reading.

This is the other half of the Evie/Evy twin sister romance story.

Honestly, I just didn’t care. I wasn’t a fan of either of these people or their relationship. I think this author isn’t for me anymore.
