Wow... never saw this coming!
From a 3 stars to 1 star read! The h became a weak, groveling ninny and dont even get me started on the "alpha" h.

Fun series. Sorry to feel this is the last one.
I still don't understand why all female characters have to bbw. With all the extra weight, dubbele sport bras, supporting swimsuits. I look forward to read a regular body without mentioning all the extra weight.

I read books 2, 3, & 4 in one sitting. Finally, something happens here. It's as if all the action from the entire series is crammed into this last book. We get several revelations, one of which i thought was trivial and silly. We get a bunch of sweet guys going home without a mate. I felt sorry for them and for Misty for having to choose. I wish she could have picked more than one guy.
A mystery is cleared up, but to me there's no satisfactory explanation for the mystery in book 2 or 3 (attempted drowning, Rowan's uncovering of a plot to kill Misty, and the prior murder of her parents).
In my review of book 1, I shared the same poor taste as Misty. One guy had us both fooled. I was dead-on though in my prediction of the series ending, which I had figured out from the synopsis of the first book. With so little happening in books 2 & 3, they were really unnecessary.
Oh, and it was great to have Hawes back for books 3 & 4. He's a more interesting character than either Rafe or Lindon.
Amazingly, only one spelling mistake (but a pretty basic one, and made twice): too for to.

This was an incredible series. I would definitely read this again. I would love to have Lindon's POV, hint hint Terry.

I was waiting for this one. When I started the thrird part of Lindon's story I thought I'd get all my answers only to have to wait. It was worth it. The over all story is human orphaned is settling for life as a loner working in a book store. Until one day a gorgeous man shows up and changes her life. She isn't human, she isn't poor, she was adopted. She's a wolf shifter and alpha and she needs to find a mate to help her species with their limited females and well as for her own protection. Someone wants her dead!
You'd think it'd be a dream come true, 10 gorgeous alpha males, all wanting her when no man has before, all competing and all sexy as sin. Problem the eleventh man. He's supposed to be her protector not in the hunt. So of course we want what we can't have--or can she?
He says he's had and lost his true mate so isn't going there. But his actions, and boy does he act every time he smells another male on her, belie his words. They all have great kissing skills and she's attracted, but knowing one wants her dead is a detractor. That and Misty only wants Lindon.
She does give it her best effort, and tries to get to know them all even wondering who if any she can trust.

Hodgepodge of Alpha Suitors.
Lindon and Misty's story intrigued me so I stuck with it, even though I normally do not like when authors break one book into several parts. I appreciate the fact this author tells you upfront. I kept an open mind throughout. This is volume 4 of Alpha Contender. I personally prefer one whole book.
Misty is a curvaceous woman who did not know she was an alpha werewolf shifter. She ends of going to a pack who presents to her various for gorgeous and hot alpha werewolf shifters as suitors. Who would not want for a mate some of that she candy. Unfortunately, the one who draws her in, is her protector.
Lindon is the last of his brothers to not have a mate, for he had one and he knows she was his father mate. Now, he has to oversee this plump little alpha with her potential suitors to select am are. He must protect her, because alphas can get out of hand quickly. His father promised her parents his pack would look over her. Therefore, it is his duty to see this to the end.
I think you will enjoy this. Although there needed to be more shifting going on. I really would love to read one of this author's stories that is not from just need characters point of view.

The conclusion 3.5 stars
This is the conclusion and while the previous two books have been relatively uneventful this one is not, it starts with a surprise.....and wow I can honestly say I never saw that coming.
In this book Misty gets claimed and we discover who's been trying to kill her, everything comes together and questions are answered.
Overall I've enjoyed this series it brought us some interesting characters, as a rule I don't like short serial cliffhanger books but in a case like this where all the books are already available it's just like reading one book, if I'm being totally honest if I'd had to wait between books I don't think I'd have made it to the end but then I probably wouldn't have started it to begin with, part of the appeal was being able to read them all.

I really enjoyed every volyme in this story. I highly recommend it to someone who loves reading shapeshifter romance that isn't too graphic and that doesn't contain use of rough language. The characters were amazing. Each character stood out in his or hers unique way, and as a reader I was able to keep them apart without a problem. The author has an amazing talent of describing them. Fifi was definitely one of my favorite characters. I would love to read a book about him. I would also love to know how things turn out for Lock and Thor. And Matt, now there is an interesting story. Honestly, I would love to find out more about all of them. I'm looking forward to read more from Terry.

I love the Alpha series , alpha games , alpha contender series . I love best that they are short and the books are $.99 so you can afford to get the whole series together . It is very smart that you give the first book free because you cannot help by the others . They are very good interesting and keep you in suspense until the end . I will continue to buy your books for sure. Thank you for writing . I recommend this book to all who like romance adventure happy endings.

Alpha Contender books 1-4 BBW Werewolf Shifter Romance
Loved ,loved loved these books. Best story I have ever read all 4 books were equally good. I loved the beginning and the ending. Terry Bolryder just pulls you right into the story from the very beginning to the ending . I am looking forward to reading more of his books. I really thought this was great. I would recommend these books to anyone who likes alphas romance and does not have a lot of graphic sex but enough to let u know what's going on.

I got a few shocks at almost 2 am when I was reading this book.
Damn! I was NOT expecting the bad man to be the one that was the bad man (confusing? yeah, sorry).
The love between L and W was so pure, so amazing and how things develped I was hopping for all of them to form some sort of Pack together but I get it, it's not possible after all of them having the hots for her.
This was a series that I have not regret at all reading. It was the most amazing ride of my life during the pages of this 4 books and I hate to see it end but at the same time... I have to go back to study LOL

I stated on my review of Alpha Contender 1, that I didn't like serial novels, but the author did such a great job with this story that I didn't mind the novel being broken down like this. Of course, if I had had to wait longer than the time it took me to go online and purchase the next book, I'm not sure how I would feel. Really great story. Perfect amount of humor, drama, tension, romance, great series of books.

Another great shifter series is complete, and it's definitely a must read!! I can't seem to get enough, read enough, or live enough if this writers wonderful books!! A huge must read. Wow, totally out in left field here. I really didn't expect what happened to happen. You really took the story to another level, and I live you for it. If you haven't read Terry's books, you need to. And she lets just the right amount of passion and lust leak through to keep you content.

A great ending to the series! Love, lust, surprises, danger, family, and a mating. Though each book was a short read, the author did a fantastic job writing each book and not leaving major clifhangers. Highly recommend!

He finally did it! Thank goodness he got a set. I was sad for a while that he wouldn't man up but he did. I really enjoyed reading this serial series. Thank goodness I had the whole series to read at once or I would have been crazy!! Loved the entire thing.

Amazing
