About the author

I have traveled through time, I have faced conspiracies, and I have questioned the very nature of reality—all so I can write the stories I've always wanted to read.

My name is Demetrios G Anogianakis, and with my debut work, The Starborn Saga, beginning with the conspiracy thriller The Pegasus Protocol, the first book in my debut series. I invite you on a journey. A journey that blends the awe of high-concept science fiction with the torrential suspense of a conspiracy that spans millennia. Fueled by a nostalgia for 90s video games, heavy metal music, and classic Sci-Fi novels, my stories are more than just an escape. They are an invitation to ask "what if?".

From my base on the shores of Crete, I am thrilled to have you with me on this journey.I believe that science fiction is our modern mythology. In my stories, I don't just explore distant galaxies; I search for the spark of hope in the heart of the everyday person—the one who struggles daily against the abyss.

My Approach

For me, technology is the ultimate test. It is the bridge we build over that chasm, and my writing is a constant exploration of that choice: will we use it to uplift humanity, or to deepen our fall? My stories are ultimately a testament to the belief that the everyday person, armed with the right use of technology, always has the power to choose hope.

Influences
My stories are for those who love the mind-bending thrillers of Blake Crouch, but who grew up devouring the classics. I write under the long shadow cast by the grand masters: the epic world-building of Frank Herbert, the relentless page-turning suspense of Dean Koontz, and the paranoid, world-questioning visions of Philip K. Dick.

There's always a spark of the dark, imaginative fantasy of Clive Barker's Weaveworld in my hidden worlds, and a deep appreciation for the human drama found in Stephen King's small-town horrors. And, of course, a healthy dose of 90s narrative-driven video games is always running in the background code of my universe.

Have you ever wondered what would happen if a secret protocol had the power to change the balance of the world?

That question is answered in the most thrilling way through The Pegasus Protocol by Demetrios G. Anogianakis.

This book is an absolutely gripping read.

The highlight I loved about this book is the way tension was sustained from beginning to end, with every page pulling readers deeper into mystery and suspense. The storyline is brilliantly layered, creating a sense of urgency that keeps you hooked throughout.

The author has delivered a masterclass in storytelling. Complex themes were handled with clarity, and even the most intense twists were written in a way that felt both intelligent and accessible. The writing is sharp, cinematic, and engaging, making readers feel as if a movie was unfolding right before their eyes.

This book is a perfect read for anyone who enjoys fast-paced thrillers filled with secrets, power struggles, and thought-provoking ideas. I found this book to be immersive, unpredictable, and incredibly satisfying one that lingered in my thoughts long after I had finished reading.

The author’s ability to balance depth with entertainment was truly impressive. Each scene was vividly imagined, the pacing was masterfully controlled, and the execution flawless. It is no surprise that anticipation is already building for other works by this author.

Overall, a pulse-pounding and unforgettable thriller.
