Cabin 6

Rate this book
Kinsley Brighton is a sharp, no-nonsense divorce attorney from Seattle on the verge of burnout. When the pressure becomes too much, she books a remote cabin deep in the woods near Colville National Forest, desperate for quiet and clarity. She doesn’t expect Miles Davison.
Miles is a grounded, ruggedly charming farmer with deep roots in his small hometown, and an aunt who’s far too good at meddling. From the moment Kinsley crosses paths with him, sparks fly and tempers flare. She’s city chaos. He’s country calm. And yet, they keep finding their way back to each other.
Days stretch into weeks, and what began as banter slowly deepens into something real, lazy mornings on the porch, late-night conversations, shared silences that say more than words. But just when Kinsley starts to imagine a future she never planned for, a sudden storm changes everything.
When Kinsley disappears in the woods, Miles is forced to confront the he can’t imagine life without her. And as she fights to find her way back, Kinsley must decide if the life she’s always known is the one she still wants.
Tender, sexy, and full of heart, Cabin 6 is a story about healing, second chances, and what happens when love takes you completely by surprise.

This book is incredible! A 10/10, 5 star read for me. From the beginning, I was hooked and adored each of the characters.

Getting to watch both of them grow and form the relationship together, plus Judy’s meddling, and all of the small town charm was so fun. From the moment I picked it up, I didn’t want to put it down.

P.L. Wellisley knocked out of the park on this one and I can’t wait for book two in Cranberry Ridge.

Interesting book. I found the first person, present tense, writing style a bit uncomfortable, although I got used to it after a while. A long romance with vivid descriptions, which I enjoyed and a pretty excellent cat.

3.75 - 4 stars.

This story has interesting characters, connections, chemistry, family, friends and small town charm in it. It also has some meddling, character growth and working out what you want in life. I am voluntarily leaving this review after receiving an ARC from Hidden Gems.
