Welcome to Demon Reform Academy, where demons are sent to hone their powers and become active members of supernatural society.
The Fates had dealt me a twisted hand. After a lifetime of abuse aimed at awakening a power I never even possessed, I devoured my mother's soul. Suddenly, I was face-to-face with a father who was oblivious to my existence and burdened with the knowledge that I was the sixth soul eater in all of Kalista. My father, a representative on the Demon Council, offered me a chance at a new life. That new life, however, meant enrolling at the dark haven known as Demon Reform Academy. Being his daughter painted a target on my back, one that invited hostility and intrigue. Five demons pushed their way into my life, each with a cryptic agenda—to break me or heal me. A chaos demon created havoc, determined to make me quit. A shadow demon craved my pain. A fear demon desired my terror. A vengeance demon sought to annihilate my tormentors. And a dream demon summoned me into his dreamscape every night. I was here to work on myself, but a whirlwind of rumors, dark magic, and a secret society threatened to plunge the academy into deeper turmoil—and me along with it.
I made it halfway through book, or term 3. And I’m honestly disappointed with how the series turned out. I’d also like to state that there is virtually no romance or spice.
The bullying within the harem and outside the harem was literal high school “you’re a sl*t….” And I truthfully really liked Skel and Dex - I would have liked to see more of a bond forming with pandora. Dex has literally been avenging her since book 1 and by book three, they still haven’t bonded.
Hunter Darkmore was on the god damn council and a therapist for the whole harem. But he was useless when it came down to protecting to pandora. For example, he knew pandoras life was in danger but went off on a vengeance side quest for sirens (or charters we never heard of and haven’t heard of since the quest was completed) like… what?
Bram and Reed just didn’t do it for me. They were both super immature in different ways. Speaking of immature, it felt like Pandora was crying every three seconds while the author was also talking about how fast demons get over trauma and how strong she is. I get vulnerability and don’t mind characters crying, but this was overkill.
What was the point of her dad “death” in the stories? He’s supposed to be this all feared and powerful demon, but he literally did nothing but be extremely passive. Also, the mating with Jenni was just weird.
The book was so repetitive that I found myself grazing over chapters. We get it, pandora is emotionally hurt. Of course she is. But we get it.

starting with saying, i found this series due to a very out of context cliff hanger teaser. like the kind that makes you NEED context for why the thing just happened. like how did we get THERE. i grabbed the complete edition to read through since it was easier, and this story didn't disapoint. it had a slow burn angsty start, but the more you read the more invested you got in pandora's story in my opinion. her mates are also really endearing even with their mishaps at the start, except for dex, dex was always endearing but that's my bias showing. the ending of the story is also very satisifying and the bonus content between others povs for some chapters that were originally pandora's pov, some of the flash backs and then some bonus for some certian side characters. now this book is my introduction to this author, but i can say i am looking forward to reading her other series that's connected to this one, her upcoming one and maybe some others on her backlog.
Listen this had me sobbing like a baby. I absolutely LOVED fate hollow academy and was worried this wasn't going to be as good because Wren and her men were everything. This is like comparing apples and oranges because the trauma here was so freaking intense. Oh my worddddd. Ouch. Haha. So much Ouch. I will say this was an ultra slow burn compared to FHA but when the intimacy does hit (not even talking about spice) its so so sweet that it makes the up hill trek worth it. This one is a tough read emotionally so make sure youre able to go through it because it has some heavy content BUTTTTT the way its handled and where we end up, is therapeutic. Personally related to Brams journey to sobriety and appreciated seeing him struggle because yeah, relatable. I dont want to give spoilers so ill leave it here but I'll leave you with this, FHA isn't done and we get to see them in the way future and it REALLY makes me want to reread it, like right this second hahaha
What really elevates the complete series is how seamlessly the plot builds across each book. The stakes grow higher, the twists hit harder, and the final payoff feels satisfying and deserved. The darker themes are balanced with moments of humor, loyalty, and found family, creating a story that’s as emotional as it is thrilling.
i was absolutely hooked on this book so completely and loved how psychotic most of her mates where specially her demon one ! this was just so amazing
“Shit, therapy kind of feels good. Not as good as whiskey but a close second.”

If you need a good series that has both the ability to make you gasp (both at plot twists and at the spice) while also making you laugh and feel like you're getting a hug? Read this series.
Some of her mates mess up in the beginning, but the groveling is so, so sweet. There's vengeance, an axolotl named Gumdrop, kitties, spicy spice, and so much more. Totally worth the read, and trust me, you won't even realize how much you've read until you look up at the clock and go "oops".
This was a great follow up to Fate Hollow. From first meeting Pandora and experiencing here journey from captivity to love, this book will have you hooked. The characters are well written, and the plot was well thought out. There are some places where I wanted to slap the guys upside their head, I was that engrossed.
This is a book worth reading with a very happy ending.
I really enjoyed reading the story in this series box set. It had me hooked from the beginning and it was quite an emotional journey to go on. The characters grew on you as the series progressed and I loved the characters development. I would recommend giving this book a read.
