This story absolutely pulled me in from the very first chapter. When Sarah collides with a stranger in the hospital, the last thing she expects is to see the face of the boy she lost a decade ago. The emotions are raw, the tension is unforgettable, and the questions keep you turning the pages—how could this man look so much like the love of her life, yet have no memory of her?
The author beautifully weaves together heartbreak, healing, and the power of love that refuses to fade. Sarah’s journey as a single mother and nurse felt so authentic, and Brady’s presence brings both hope and fear crashing back into her world. It’s a second chance romance filled with emotional depth, impossible choices, and a love story that lingers long after the last page.
If you enjoy stories about love that defies time, characters who fight for their happiness, and a romance that will tug at every heartstring, this book is a must-read.

A wonderful love story! Nina is a new to me author and if this book is any example, I'm already hooked on her writing. A second chance romance, teenagers that were pulled apart and an accident that changed everything.

I cried over the heartbreak, the cruilty of how Sarah was treated, her loss, then happy tears when she realizes she
was told lies about Brady and him being very much alive.

What will Brady do when either he finally remembers or Sarah tells him about their past? Can they start over again now as if no time has passed? Will he accept his roll as Lily's father, or decide he doesn't want to be a father?

I received a copy of the book on Book sprout and am voluntarily providing an honest review. About a month before the release date, I was told I no longer had to review the book but since I had already started the book and was enjoying it, I continued. I'm so glad that I did.

This book spoke to your heart directly. Not many first loves can stand the test of time, but Sarah and Brady’s certainly did. This was two halves of the same soul finally coming together, after the most heartbreaking way they were tore apart. Their bittersweet reunion just goes to show that nothing can stand in the way of what’s meant to always be.
This book is completely captivating from beginning to end and I did NOT want to set it down until I read the last page. I highly recommend this book. It’s definitely a heartfelt read.
