I read this book in one night as I was waiting eagerly to read how Sid mended Ritika's broken heart. To be honest, I did not find any grovelling or any regret or any guilt on Sid's part. He had the audacity to leave his pregnant wife, whom he did not contact for 4 years and she leaves with him after he spends three weeks with her and her children?
Their story starts with a lie, where Sid did not tell Ritika that he cannot father children due to a medical problem - which I think he should have told before they get married. It seemed this is only Sid's story as he decides to get married, withholds crucial information, enjoys perks of having great physical relations with Ritika and dumps her when HE thinks that he was betrayed by HER?
How was his wife to know that he is feeling betrayed? He never communicated with her. When he finally realises that he had been wrong, he barges in her life and behaves like most doting husband, and she lets him?
It is sort of unbelievable.
