Yearly reread of my book husband 🔥 who’s officially been demoted to book boyfriend 😬
Hear me out, I still love him, but with each year I’m a different person, and I notice things I didn’t before. Luca is still confident, secure, and gives that strong sense of safety and love that makes him irresistible… but whew, the control is low-key there. It’s romantic in context, but in real life? Questionable. And don’t get me started on the shallow comments (costume jewellery? really?). Throwing money around early on might come off as confidence, but it also feels like it skips past building a deeper connection.
That said, I can’t lie, his certainty, his respect, and the way he values love still get me every time. He may not be husband material anymore, but he’ll forever hold a spot on my book boyfriend roster. 💕

Luca will always be it
There is something to be said about Luca. His love for Ever was unlike anything I read about in a love story in a while. I read his story a few years ago, and it was an even bigger treat this time. The extra at the end of their story was heartwarming and a much needed conclusion for Luca and Ever. The problem solver needed a respite.

LUCA+EVER CUBED
This book was a great read. I love how protective Luca was and how Ever was able to allow him lead and love her after past experiences with her previous partner. I also love how easily he accepted her children and the beautiful relationship he formed with them. My favourite supporting characters were for sure Laike and Lyric can’t wait to get into their stories. This was a lovely update of Luca and Ever’s love story. I absolutely adore how much they take care of each other how closely knitted they are and even though we dealt with a serious issue it still managed to have its lighthearted and funny moments. Lawe is a pure fool and I love it.

Luca ForEver
I love Luca and Ever. They were my 1st introduction to Grey Huffington and I’m still hooked on them. I love this family and extended family as a whole but Luca and Ever hold a special place in this Booklover’s heart! They are relationship goals. With each installment I fall in love with Luca a lot more. I love how they are not exempt from going through real problems. I love how they always grow through their issues. Grey Huffington can write the hell out of love and romance. Happy Reading or Listening!!

Flawless
If Grey replenished a Luca revision every year, I'M gonna read it every year!! Ive fallen in Love with the Eisenbergs and their extended family.. its nice to get a glimpse of how life is going for them every once in a while... I hope they'll eventually ALL get together (Similar to Dinner/ Brunch at Ever & Luca's)

I'm Hooked!
Where do I begin? Luca was my first book boyfriend. He will always have that spot! I've read each edition and can't get enough! Oh! The illustrations were top tier! Loved the addition, it added to the experience. Six kids and a possible? What will be the next story? I can't wait. I'm in love...forever!

This is one love story I will forever read and love…. 🫶🏽The update was everything, kind of scared me for a minute nih but it worked out 💪🏽 them kidssss 😂😂 Lorddd them kids now I see why everybody say they got the small army🥰 lovedddd the different illustrations throughout also

Loved the drawings!
It the story an extra umph! Baby let me tell you how I devoured this book was insane. I could not put it down. If there was a break I was reading about Luca and Ever! They were so good to one another. I'm glad I got to experience them it was a joy to read, despite the traumatic situations that occurred to the FMC this book was everything!

One thing for certain and two things for sure….I’ll NEVER skip an updated Luca Edition. When I say every time my eyes lace these pages I fall in love with Luca all over again. When I think about the prime example DAT NIGGA….It’s Luca. PERIOD! Grown Man Status.

Perfect
Luca is my favorite, and this was a five-star read, of course. The additions to the book were perfect, and I really enjoyed seeing Ever taking care of Luca. Now I have to read Law and Ledge books because they cracked me up.
