I read this book a few years ago ( thank you Goodreads for messsnig with my books) but I found them again in library in my native language and I took them again.
Jake and Ella ..she is heartbroken ,he is a super star in moto racing,but the thing is Ella's last boyfriend died in motor accident and she was devastating. After she puts her guard down she falls in love with Jake and just when things gets normal again another big secret comes out.

4 stars for basic plot
What a ride! This book had it all suspense, drama, romance! I liked our main couple, Jake and Ella, and I did enjoy this book. Even though there was a lot going on, the story did drag at times for me. Whilst you did feel the passion between Ella and Jake, the steam factor wasn’t as explosive as I hoped it would be.It's an easy read, perfect for those who love motorcycling as a sport. But, I would have liked it to be more emotional and sensational. I think that it lacked breathtaking twists and turns, something that would intensify the reader's emotions. So, overall this book is good with easy language and adorable scenes. I look forward to finish this series, that cliffhanger is killing me! :)

I recieved this book as a voluntary copy for my honest opinion and wow it blew me away!! Ella loves josh and they are so in love but when he gets in a motorcycle accident She goes into a funk! 2 years past and with josh gone her friends want her to move on and her best friend takes her on a trip and she meets jake a famous motorcycle rider! Will she fall in love with him? Even after her josh died in one? Lots of drama and action in this book and I can't wait to read more from this author!!

Never Again is raw, funny, witty, entertaining, and hot. This book is a breath of fresh air...an easy read that flows well with descriptive words that 'jump off the page.'

Ella’s life seemed to be heading to eternal bliss. She was living with the man of her dreams completely in love. College was going well and she was at the brink of graduating. Then her world shatters. The love of her life is gone. Ella has always been against motorcycles, but when a motorcycle was the cause of her broken heart, her dislike for the two wheeled motors skyrocketed.
Her friends and family try to help her move on, but it’s hard for Ella to heal. Then Jake walks into her life. Successful, sexy, single...what’s not to like? Oh, well except for the fact that Jake races motorcycles. Jake is determined to break through to Ella. Ella is not the usual groupies that fling themselves at Jake and that intrigues him even more. He’s been looking for something more than just a one night stand, but will he be able to convince Ella to give him a chance?
My heart was breaking for Ella. I can’t imagine the pain and suffering she went through and I can only dream of how hard it would be to open my heart up to someone like Jake. Attraction wasn’t a problem for these two. The problem was getting Ella to open her heart to new possibilities. Once that happened, it was truly magical. However, Jake has a secret. One that floored me! I never saw it coming!
This book is truly a beautiful story. It does end with a cliffhanger and I will try my best to patiently wait for the next installment in the series (though it will be extremely hard J. Lea!!). The author easily submerges the reader into the story. You relate to the characters and can’t help but to pull for them. I had the hardest time putting the book down in order to run errands and get some chores done around the house. As soon as I was done, I devoured the book. It was so good. I highly recommend the series. An amazing and touching story. Go 1-click today!

**** obsessed by books review given *** this book is awesome. we have ella who loses the love of her life Josh in a motorcycle accident and has pretty much given up on life. Sophie her best friends has won two tickets to Spain and she talks ella into going. while there she finds out it was contest for vip tickets to watch a motorcycle race. getting lost on her way to the bathroom she runs into Jake "the beast ", but it's not the first time and it won't be the last. Jake peruse ella very often, showing up at her work and booking his massage appointment with her. ella is falling for Jake but feels it's betraying josh, she doesn't want to forget him or the love she feels for him, so she builds up walls around her heart, but Jake knocks it down piece by piece. things heat up between the two and she ends up telling Jake about Josh her walls fall down . they deal with paparazzi, the groupies and even him being gone on races. every thing seems to be going great except Jake has a secret he needs to tell ella about. can their love survive another crash on the track and of the heart. I loved this book, hate it's a cliffhanger but it's awesome, I'm looking forward to reading more from this author and can't wait for the next book. if I could it would gey 10 star rating.

I liked this book a lot. Jake was just completely HOT, but he was a lot more than just another beefed up, pretty face. It was easy to empathize with Ella's story and then her feelings about a relationship with Jake. This story drew me in from the beginning. I was so glad that the second story was out already because I had to finish the duet. This story will definitely not disappoint!

This was one my first read by this Author and I have to tell you that I am going to be buying many more of her books to come!!! The ease of reading this books was amazing. The story just seemed to flow right off the pages. I could not put it down once I started it and finished it in record time for me!!
Ella is a young lady that has big dreams for her career and is pursing them rapidly. Ella and Josh have moved in together and are in love. Josh keeps begging Ella for a motorcycle and once she gives into his wishes, both of their loves change forever. Ella is so heart-broken that it takes her a good 2 years to even begin to start feeling like herself again! Sophie is Ella's best friend and helps her along as she goes through this rough time. Sophie asks Ella to join her on a trip that she won. It is in France and Sophie has won tickets and VIP passes to a very famous race. A chance encounter with one of the riders ends up leading to something with Ella and Jake. Jake is a very well known rider and all the girls flock after him for his good looks. Ella is not intrigued by him because she is still getting over her broken heart!
Ella pushes Jake away every chance she gets but Jake is persistent and goes after what he considers his prize. There are ups and downs for Ella and Jake but they seem to both eventually open up to each other despite their pasts and give love a try again! Things are going very well for both Ella and Jake until someone from Jake's past shows up and starts trouble. I can not wait to see what comes of this relationship and if they are able to overcome what has tried to come in between them again.
This book did not have a HEA but I so want to read more about Jake and Ella. J.Lea has a way of capturing your attention and getting you so involved with the story that you feel it is your own. I absolutely love her writing and can't wait for more in this series!!

Usually I cry at the end of the book if it has a sad part in it but in this book a cried at the very start of the book.
It takes fear and a little bit of encouragement to get over fears that have trapped you and made you scared that the thing you fear the most will happen again to you. In this book that is the case for Ella. She needs to get over her fears to be able to learn to Love someone again.
This book was amazing. The pain and Love in this book is what made it so special. The book has curve balls that you never see coming and it makes it that much better to read. The ending made me question what is going to happen next and it left me wanting more!!!

I read every book by Lea J. and I loved them all, but this one is just splendid. It is a story about a girl named Ella who suffers a terrible loss when a person most dear to her dies in a most horrific motorcycle accident. Two years later, Ella lives a secluded life, only getting out of her apartment to go to work. Her best friend Sophie can no longer stand to see her so sad and resigned, so she persuades Ella to join her on a trip to Spain. And there Ella's live changes forever, because she meets a man who challenges her in every way possible, makes her break the promise she made to herself, and shows her life can be fulfilling and wonderful again.
Jake and Ella's relationship is beautiful. Jake is a very attentive, caring and loving guy, nothing like the usual male characters we encounter in other NA novels. The progression of their relationship was what I liked most in this book - the slow and sexy build-up which left you hanging on the edge of the seat, waiting for the big bang (Hee. A little pun.). And I should mention other characters, like Sophie, the best friend, who is really living up to her appointed role - 'best friend' ever. She is the one who picks the broken pieces that left Ella barely alive, she is the shoulder Ella cries on, she is the proverbial kick in the butt that helps Ella to start living again.
And there is a big cliffhanger in the end that knocked the air out of my lungs, because I totally did not expect what was written on the very last page of the book. I am itching to get my hands on the sequel, I can't wait to read what happens next. And what ghastly and awful obstacles they will have to face next before getting their happily ever after. We all need a happily ever after for these two - and there is no one that deserves a happy ending like Ella and Jake.
To conclude, it was a great, satisfying read that left me craving for more.

We loved this story we couldn't put it down. This is the 1st book we have read by J. Lea and it was amazing it was very different in such a great way we loved it.
Thank god we had the 2nd waiting because the ending was a bit of a jaw dropper!!

I finally read a book about motorcycle racing!!! <3 This is so rare to find.
Never Again starts off with Ella and her boyfriend moving into their new place, starting their new life. Ella hates motorcycles and her boyfriend loves them so they bring this up constantly. After finally being persuaded into getting one and some time passes, something tragic happens and Ella has sworn to never be involved with motorcycles again. Well that plan fails when Jake arrives. He's popping up everywhere and girls want him because he's famous. When the petite brunette doesn't fall for him, he gets interested.
At first, I couldn't like Jake. He saw Ella as a game because she rejected him but after they start seeing each other more often and he becomes persistent, I changed my mind. I also didn't like Sophie pushing Ella into the motorcycle world at first because that's a huge thing for Ella to do after everything but it worked out for the best.
This was a interesting read and I'm definitely looking forward to book 2. That ending had me sitting on the edge of my seat. I also can't wait to read more from this author!

After finally being persuaded into getting one and some time passes, something tragic happens and Ella has sworn to never be involved with motorcycles again. Well that plan fails when Jake arrives. He's popping up everywhere and girls want him because he's famous. When the petite brunette doesn't fall for him, he gets interested.
At first, I couldn't like Jake. He saw Ella as a game because she rejected him but after they start seeing each other more often and he becomes persistent, I changed my mind. I also didn't like Sophie pushing Ella into the motorcycle world at first because that's a huge thing for Ella to do after everything but it worked out for the best.
This was a interesting read and I'm definitely looking forward to book 2. That ending had me sitting on the edge of my seat. I also can't wait to read more from this author!

Their relationship is slow building and they eventually open up to each other and finally are together but a problem from the past comes back hell bent on causing trouble.Can their relationship overcome problems of the past ?There is cliffy so im very much waiting for book 2!!!
I loved the authors way of writing the story flowed well and was interesting ,its emotional too and you feel for Ella and all shes had to go through, the writing makes you feel like you are right there with her.Whilst it is gritty in places its also funny and sexy with some great characters too especially Sophie best friend and rock.Cant wait for book 2.

Never Again was my first book by this author and she definitely drew my heart all over the place. Jake and Ella are two of the most unlikely couples. She hates anything and everything having to do with motorcycles because her boyfriend was killed in a motorcycle accident. Jake is a famous motorcross racer. He’s used to women who throw themselves at him. It comes with the territory of being famous and riding motorcycles for a living. Ella completely throws him when she doesn’t even seem to recognize who he is. He knows there’s something different about Ella when she doesn’t throw herself at him like all the other women he’s around. Ella knows she feels some definite chemistry with Jake but is nervous to have any type of relationship with him because she’s scared of his profession.
J.Lea has the reader feeling all types of different emotions as this story played out. I really wanted to Ella to take a chance on Jake, but I understood why she had reservations. Jake is a sexy sweetheart who just wants a woman who is down to earth. This book does end in a cliffhanger and we as the reader are left to wonder will Jake and Ella get their HEA?

He is not looking for a relationship after having his heart ripped out once before. Until he meets this stunning brunette who turns his world upside down. Can Ella let go of the past and allow herself to heal and fall in love again, but can Jake let someone in and love again his self.
Overall to me the book seemed a little fast pace. I wish it was into one story instead of making me anticipate what is going to happen after the cliffhanger we were left with, but that is really just me being impatient. I really look forward to seeing how Jake and Ella’s story will end.

Never Again is the first book in the Again Series by J. Lea. This is the first book I have read by J. Lea and absolutely loved it. Ella was living her dream life, she had a wonderful boyfriend who adored her as much as she adored him, a dream home and was finishing school. They have plans for their future but after tragedy strikes and Josh loses his life in a motorcycle accident, Ella struggles to move forward. Sophie is Ella's best friend and knows she needs to do something to help Ella get back to living her life. Sophie plans a trip and this is where Ella meets Jake. She feels drawn to Jake but when Ella finds out what he does for a living she just can't bring herself to see Jake anymore. Jake wants to change her mind but what will happen when Ella finds out about a secret Jake has been keeping? I recommend this book. I must warn you that this does end in a cliff hanger. This is the first book I have read by this author and I really enjoyed it, the story just seemed to flow from one page to the next and kept me hooked.
Ella has everything, a boyfriend that loves her, fabulous friends, a new home and is on the verge of a flourishing career as a masseuse but when tragedy strikes everything is ripped away from her.
Two years later Ella meets Jake and although at first Ella does everything in her power to stay away from him the attraction they have towards each other is stronger, plus Jake won't take no for an answer. Just as things are back on track In Ella's life a knock on Jake's door could change everything just what has Jake been hiding.
This book is a great easy read and I devoured it in one sitting but please warned it does end with a cliffehanger. I can't wait for the next book to see where Ella and Jake will go next. I would definitely recommend this book.

I got the book from the Author and i am in love with her writing. I recommend everyone to buy the book and read it. It's worth it.

With these two fighting emotions, and coping with their pasts, we watch this tale unweave itself amongst the fast-paced scene of motorcycle circuits and friends. It's your typical tale, with a tug-of-war over the characters emotions, encouraging (or discouraging) friends and families, and you yearning for that happily ever after we all so desperately love to read!
Overall, I enjoyed this book. With the scene being motorcycle based, it was a nice change from the typical hometown, homegrown love that we so often read. The cliffhanger that takes place flows well with the story line, and I'm definitely interested in reading what happens next for these two.

Omg!! This book was heartbreakingly beautiful and so damn wonderful!! Ella goes through such a tragic loss and my heart just breaks for her. I cried and wanted to shout right next to her "why?!??" Yes, I felt that and so much more for her. Then... She meets someone and she will not give him the time of day. Jake is pretty damn persistent and becomes her friend. He is just amazing and wonderful and so damn sweet and incredibly persistent (yeah, I said that already, I know :) ). He was just so outgoing and always there, always finding ways to make her smile/laugh. He was constantly doing stuff to make sure she knew he was thinking of her, always. Then, came the accidents and then came dread and heartbreak and a very special present. Then... The ending!! Really?! Gah!!!! Jaw dropping, for sure!! Cliffhanger, yes BUT the next book is out!! So, on to the next one for me. Hope you enjoy it as much as I did

I was sent this book to read and review and I'm very pleased the author gave me this opportunity. The depth of the story is very good with lots of potential for book 2. Yes it does end on a bit of a cliffy but not too long to wait until book 2 comes out. I hope the second book completes Ella and Jake's story with the view maybe of continuing the series with other characters that have either been mentioned or may be introduced in the second book. Ella has been through a lot in the last 2 years and has to deal with her fears head on if she wants to be with Jake. It's a journey of 2 souls trying to find their way forward and book 1 ended with a potential major bump in the road that makes you eager for the 2nd book. Some areas could of been elaborated on but on the whole a very good easy read and I would recommended it.

Where to start? I absolutely loved this book!!!
From the beginning of this book I was so engrossed with the story line that I couldn’t stop reading until the last page! The characters are portrayed as well-rounded and expertly molded individuals. The way Lea tells her story it is easy to relate to her characters.
I never get bored reading Lea's stories, she knows how to captivate her reader always wanting for more and always postponing to put the book down. And I just love reading both POV's!
I have no problem in recommending this book to anyone who enjoys a good romance and I am really looking forward to continuation of the story.
Lea, just keep them coming! I love your books! And I want more of them!

Wow the first thing i ask myself when i read an arc is would i go out and buy this book and would i buy another book from this author my answer? yes and yes.The story line is deep and straight away hits you for 6 ( which i loved) and leads on from this big hit to tell you the story of Ella and Jake.I loved J.Lea's style of writing nothing is left out so not once did i find myself questioning the story and her writing just flows. All of the character's i felt connected to and its one of them books you just want to curl up on sofa with hot chocolate and never again on your kindle.It did finish on a bit of a cliffhanger which has left me chomping for more i cant wait.so if you are looking for a deep meaningful story i definitely recommend this book.

I have to say I absolutely loved this book. The leading man Jake is a professional motorcyclist who is used to have the pick of any woman he wants and more but his head is turned by the beautiful Ella who not only refuses him constantly but is not the kind Jake would get away with using as a one night stand. Boy she makes him work for her and you have to say fair play to him he never gives up on her. They eventually get together and it's such a beautiful natural relationship.
What I didn't expect was the cliffhanger at the end. Wow I can't wait for the second book roll on when it's out I need to find out what happens next

I was gifted this book by the author in exchange for an honest review. This is a fantastic book, the story line is believable and very gripping. The beginning of the book had me in bits, I can't remember last time I sobbed the way I did. The book is so well written that as I was reading what was happening I could feel Ella's pain. It was so real! Ella's and Jake's story is sexy, raw, funny and has it's fair share of drama and angst. I loved every aspect of this gripping tale and can't wait to continue Ella's and Jake's journey. The cliffhanger ending of this first book is just ....... WOW! This is the first book I've read by this author and its certainly won't be the last!!!!!!!!

An enthralling tale of love and loss. I found the story just seemed to flow off the pages as I read. It was well written with great character interaction and a good plot.
After the tragic death of Josh, Ella never thought she would love again. Now she has met Jake, a famous motorcycle racer. As she slowly opens her heart to him, she starts to believe in a future together.
Can they work through the problems from each of their pasts, or will their pasts come back to destroy their future?
Although the story was well written, I disliked that Sophie had lied and guilt-tripped Ella into going to Spain and then to the race with her while they were in Spain.
