I know the author and was so excited to read her first novel! It is such a heartfelt read and creatively written interchanging among the two protagonists. A good heartfelt read for young ladies presenting the metaphorical meaning to roots and what they mean. Plus it was fun to catch all of the references made to local places among the Bowling Green, Ohio area;)
